Yeah, I checked this auction: Money order only. (no paypal) Wait almost a month for the money order to "arrive" Wait two more months for the money order to "clear" And then two or three weeks for the package to ship. In the mean time all hope of getting a dispute has expired. I'll pass. JWM

and here is his reply, guys..believe it or NOT..read on..
Hello Sir!! I will email you more pictures this night as you requested before. Thanks a lot for your interesting. I am forced to create a Paypal account right now in order to don't violate the ebay's payment policies. In any case I will try to sell the items using Paypal outside ebay for don't pay extra fees, because I am disgusted with ebay because they canceled all my auctions 2 times and charged me the fees for all the auctions, I think that's not fair. If you are still interested in the toy please let me know, I have another interested buyers. Thanks a lot for your time, please keep me updated. Jose

DX-chogokin- king: A lot of us learned that very painful lesson about a year ago dealing with one terng3110 (or something like that) That #@!&^%$#*&$*%#@ scammed people for over ten thousand bucks when all was said and done.
Maybe the guy in Chile is legit. But this auction looks a lot like a thousand dollar lottery ticket- pay your bucks and maybe win a robot.
maybe

Kelvin, Yes, u r right this little guy will not break u bank but probly ruin ur checking account ...just kidding ;D We got real lucky found this this guy at a local toy store. I belive this guy is worth around $800 depends on condition. This is a EXTREMLY RARE chogokin and its all SOLID DIE-CAST very heavy. I think as CHOGOKIN collector, This is what CHOGOKIN is all about. Forget T-28 SG-01, its all fancy and plastic. This one look vintage, dumb looking, but all DIE-CAST METAL. I will take DIE-CAST anyday! That just my 2 cents. ;D ;D Bryan

JWM, I think I remeber those incidents year ago. I remeber someone try to pull "FAKE" acuctions by using real cheap buy it now price and a stolen pictures. I remeber a Chile guy did this and alot from United Kingdom. I think ebay eventually removed their listings. I am not sure...I didnt see it there no more after I checked. I am really sorry to hear that someone actually got burn by this. I hope this will not happen again. I am REALLY in disgusted someone actually doing this kind stuffs to make quick money. It REALLY RUIN the T-28 and peoople will be afraid to buy them. They will think its FAKE. Like I said, sometime the price is too good to be true might be a scam. That just my 2 cents DX-chogokin- king: A lot of us learned that very painful lesson about a year ago dealing with one terng3110 (or something like that) That #@!&^%$#*&$*%#@ scammed people for over ten thousand bucks when all was said and done. too much for a toy in that condition.. something is strange.... What is so strange about it? The buyer already paid for and left feedbacks. People paid whatever they want to pay for vintage toys. Thats why they called it "ONLINE AUCTIONS" There are NO set price on VINTAGE TOYS and is not like u buying a pizza

I've also had an ebay transaction with DX-chogokin-king, maybe six months ago, and all I can say is he is the real deal. Great toys, clear descriptions & photos, great packing, great service!
....and this isn't the first time I've seen a toy sell for alot more than I would pay for it. Doesn't mean they paid too much, just more than I would have. Can you put a price on filling in a 'hole' in your collection? Or *gasp* finishing a collection?

It is strange to see some buy it now t28 that are not sell and this one in not a mint condition is able to reach this amount.
In this case the seller had been lucky i guess...
