Sir Jogo, Don Hakka, and Jan Coogo were the three main cyborgs from the classic anime series Starzinger. This show was aired as part of Force Five here in the states when I was a kid. Only here, it was called SpaceKeteers, and the character Jan Coogo was called Jesse Dart.

If you are asking about the original Popy, you would probably pay in the range of 200-300 depending on box condition, toy condition etc. I have seen them go for more, and I have also seen them go for less. Depends on the day of the week, and your source.
