Awesome fun stuff! Way to go Revoltech! A couple of weeks ago I noticed the Ingram being distributed by Diamond and was advertised in Previews. Even though the Revoltech's are a little too expensive, not having to pay shipping makes a big difference when you consider that it would be roughly 20% of the overall cost for one figure.

hello DVST8.
i heard these revoltechs are also interchangable. meaning you can exchange arms and parts because they have the same joints. very ingenious idea.

hello DVST8. i heard these revoltechs are also interchangable. meaning you can exchange arms and parts because they have the same joints. very ingenious idea. Yups! pretty much all the limbs can be interchangeable, But what I was dissapointed was that Getter 1's body can't come apart. Getter 2 on the other hand can. I wanted to see how it would look like if getter 2's lower half would look on getter 1. Basically I wanted an all Getter robot with all the same ships ;D But in a previous revoltech post, people have created horses using dantes head, eva's arms and legs as the lower part of the horses body. Pretty creative! I'd really love to combine my Black Evangelion with some Mazinkaiser parts... I think that would look cool!

The only downfall to this line is the lack of shading. If you look at their KT line, or even the old Evangelion repaints, the shading made the characters. I think I am going to have to break out the airbrush and add a littel detail to these. Still some great figures.

I don't have much art posted online. Just whats at my offensivetheory link. I was going to just follow something simular to the "lazy persons gundam building."
I hope to have plenty of work to post up in the next two months. Going into a heavy production time to revanp the site and line of work as soon as I finish n engine swap.

So I got my first figure, Dante, at the end of last week. I've got mixed feelings-- I guess the insane poseability of my Microman 200x figures have spoiled me, because the shoulder and hip joints, while they look great, are pretty frustrating. They look great, but getting the arms and legs to move at those joints can be really annoying. That being said, it's a great looking figure, and I'm so totally getting the Revi and Mazinkaiser when they come out...
