Hey solscud007, which attachment size do you use on the Action Base for displaying your 1/60 valks? They seem to work great!

you were banned? wow. I havent been visiting MW that much. Yeah man....like almost 3 months ago. It was a silly and stupid reason. A few mods got their panties up in a bunch and then some of the guys (without me even asking them too) started a "free MisterRyno" thread which in turn made the mods angrier (prob cause I am well liked and they are not) so I don't know if I will ever be back on. |

Hey solscud007, which attachment size do you use on the Action Base for displaying your 1/60 valks? They seem to work great! I dont know. it is the fork looking thing. But I broke two of the the prongs off. So now it looks like a forked spatula. I have to warn you though that the stand is not that stable. It is only good for a quick picture. |

Good to see you here too, though I didn't recognize you at first since you're now a ninja and all... Sucks about what happened over at MW. The culture of the place has gotten worse over time, especially when you compare to the "old" days before Yamato even made their first valk. It's gone from bringing together scattered but die-hard Macross fans gushing and comparing notes on all things Macross, to now just whining and whining and nitpicking about the mass release toys that flood the market from 5 manufacturers. I LOVE that there's Macross goodness everywhere we look now, and that's exactly the point. I feel fortunate and happy! The MW boards oftentimes just feels like a whiny b*tchfest. Anyway, the RJ boards are a bit smaller than MW or ToyboxDX, for example, but it's a much more optimistic place haha. I get the impression it's much more international with a strong Asia-Pacific representation. |

Heh.....Since I have been able to at least lurk the MW I had noticed the whining and b*tching as well. Good to see that here on RJ it's not that bad at all. About the flexis.......it's too bad that they are so hard to find. I wanted to pic some more up myself for my future 1/60 v.2 VF-1 collection. I REALLY enjoy the Yamato Macross Stand, but in order to use it for the attachment pieces that come with the 1/60 v.2 VF-1 it's just too much damn work to get to work. I mean the attachment piece for the VF-1 is a pain to get on and off the VF-1. I have not looked into it yet...but I would like to make a "launch arm" stand that is easy to display a valk on. Kind like what I did in this pic....but much much cleaner.   One day...once I get or make a tabletop studio...I hope to take beautiful pics like solscud007s. |

Yo, my Ballchinian bretheren it's cool to be on a site where you can have fun and everyone has time on their hand for things other than nit-picking and ridiculing toys for not being to their specs. Here's my latest Macross additions. The 2nd version of the 1/60's has got to be the badest thing since sliced bread!!! Love these boys and will be collecting each one as they are released. My last 1/48 is the TV Version Max and a set of clear fast pack covers I picked up today. ;D OO   |

Yo brother!!! Great pics man! I love the v.2 1/60s. I need to get some money so I don't fall behind on them though. I sure the hell don't wanna have to play catch up on these. Keep them coming man. Good to hear that you finished your 1/48 collection as well.

The shoulders on the 1A just need to be pulled up into position. It's an easy easy fix.

Yeah man.....I have been waiting to hear from you. I know that you are a VERY busy individual and will be ready to meet up with you when you can. LOL.....don't worry.....it's still in the same condition as which I received it. I even watched it again. Just give me a call when you want to get it.
BTW------thanks for adding that quote. I am still pissed that I am not back on there. But hey....whatcha gonna do. Miriya says that he and quite a few others are working on getting me back on. There is no reason that I should not be back on there especially since there are some blokes on there that have done MUCH sh*ttier things than I am ever capable of.
