Glad you like em. Those are still my favorites. The toy companies could make toys forever but I don't think anyone could replace those 6 or 7 pieces in my heart. Perhaps a retro style line that replicates the Bullpets, expanding on the line, perhaps taking some of the Ultraman kaiju and making funky bot-type gokin kaiju. We can always dream. Long live Bullmark!

Didn't you just describe Ark ?? ;D Seriously though, I'd love to see a modern line with some old style gokin funk. Show accurate is all well and good, but sometimes you just need pointless (or pointy!!) spinning discs and an insane amount of missiles ;D

Gotta love the massive amount of diecast and the heft of those vintage Japanese toys.

Yeah, it seems that Bullmark toys weight a ton more than those of similar sized toys from other companies. Aside from just using diecast in more places, I wonder if the metal is thicker?

Damn, Daikego, you are one lucky man!!
I have 2 of the 3 TryMax vehicles (loose). I had a chance to pick up the final piece for a very low price, but at the time I only had 1. Of course, I won the second piece within a week after missing out on the final piece!!!! I doubt I'll have another chance. C'est la vie.

Those Diapolon ships are pretty expensive and hard to come by.

Several stores in San Francisco used to carry all of the DAI-APOLLON toys when the series was broadcast here in 1977. I didn't like the character at the time, but if I knew then what I know now, I would have bought all of those toys up from Marukai Trading Company...

demizer, don't feel too bad... I was talked into smashing some of my figures in the 70's. My cousins told me it would be "cool" to see the insides...

I don't know which I regret more- the toys I smashed, or the ones I gave away.
Either way, they're gone.

I had many great toys that ended up in the sandbox, never to be seen again. This usually involved a combination of the garden hose, matches and firecrackers.
Oh, the amusement of our youth as we watched our toys get cooked and buried.. *sigh*
