If you can find one it's going to cost you upwards of $4-500. I heard the greatest story about this. A buddy of mine goes to Mandarake in Tokyo and finds one with a 2000Y price tag (no box). He calls on the attendent to fetch it for him and straight up scores it loose for $20. Holy sh it! Still at total piece of crap. It's just RRRRRR.... That's all I have to say, other than good luck!   BTW, isn't this a Gonagai working? |

Yeah,
Go Nagai made the anime in 1984 and there is 26 episodes.It's story about a hero taking to feodal Japan throught time warp who defeat the enemy with a big statue call God Mazinga.
It's very different from Koji and Testuya adventures but cool,anyway.

Did any of you guys get this? I had a bid in around 37,000 but didn't feel like going any higher. I pretty much knew I'd lose at that price, but it was worth a shot.

Just a few of them were products as the anime has not so much success as old Mazingers.
That could explain high prices.
and you can believe those who get it already.

Another one of these things showed up over the weekend and I was lucky enough to win it at 25,500 Yen! I'd been sort of lamenting the fact that my (mostly SOC) "Mazinger" diecast shelf didn't really have all the incarnations of Mazinger so I'm glad to be able to complete the set now. I can't wait to see it in person. |

So, u r the lucky winner!!! Excellent score. I had to save money for the Bullmark Angillas and the Black Grip Mach Go Go jumbo. I was hoping it's somewhat hidden and be able to "steal" it. I'm glad you got it though. Congrats...

Actually, it could have been even better. The same seller listed 2 more which ended at 27,250 yern and 12,500 yen respectively. That's a far drop from the 60,000+ yen from before! Anyone know who got them?
