Yes. I wish it was around 150 shipped. That would be a sweet spot. HLPro, please do Kingdan.. EV pretty much raised all the interest up. All you need to do is steal thier thunder. At around 100, I'm very confident it will be a sell out in....an hour. Wth was EV thinking.....

Not fond of the shading, but it still looks very cool. When is it actually hitting the streets? Is there a solid release date already?

The fade effect was actually some kind of accident or experiment.. these first two releases will not have that. They will start off with solid anime colors.. and the blades will be white, not silver. This is just a photo of the factory sample to be inspected before the main production run begins.
It could be in production right now.. but Im not sure. They are shooting to get it released around the end of this month, last I heard.
at 200ish USD, small production numbers... I like the price. HL Product isn't the production monster that Bandai is.. this is from a much smaller outfit...made with love too.
another good thing about HL is that they AWAYS stood behind the product.. if you get your figure and anything went wrong at the factory, they replace them, no questions asked..

Well I know what you mean , but still I think it is over priced and it is making use of the fact that it is the only gattaiger figure in the market! It is a very nice toy but a simple engineering toy! And if miracle was able to give us a 15 ships full of metal 12 inch combiner (Dairuger) for only 240 usd then this should be maximum in the 150 usd margin! If you don't count evolution toys which are expensive for what they are! Heck even EX Gokin jouhmaro I got it for 180 usd ! Loaded with engineering and metal! Just my opinion Of course and your opinion is valued! I felt Dairugger was very cheap for what it was,so comparing to that it would look expensive. If that toy was done by Bandai or CMs with that diecast amount it would be 400$ plus EASY.I base my thinking on basically Bandai prices and the average of all teh big companies, ofcourse ET does throw that a bit though! But if you do average all the big companies toy prices, and not base it on one or 2 toys, the price for the Gattaiger is a good one,IF it remains at 200$,but that is just speculative anyhow as Gettershadow says 200 ish$ so we dont actually know the price. But im sorry to say if that price exceeds 200 by even 50$ its gonna turn alot of people off thinking its gonna be 200$.So lets not count on any price yet, hell it could be 175$-250$,we dont know, but if HLPro wants to stay competetive,as I think they do with all these other lines popping up,a wise choice would be keep teh price as low as they can.

no, based on what I have heard so far.. 200-220 USD depending on the retailer and exchange rates... I would expect that their projected retail of 200 or so to be accurate. Remember, HL is not setting the retail price, its each individual retailer that sets the price and they kind of compete with each other in the market. HL told me that they expected retailers to be asking for about 200 USD for the Gattiger based on production costs and overheads... if demand increases, price could rise up a little bit.. its "free market" stuff. But I would think that the retailers would price them to sell at a fairly smooth rate.. so I go back to the 200-220 range based on the last thing I heard from them. If I get any new info on price Ill update you guys.. the info I am giving you guys right here in the post is about 2 months old I think. In the past, HL has accurately predicted the retail of past items bc they do stuff based on solid calculations.. so unless something has changed that I don't know about yet, just start thinking "around 200 or so" for the time being.

GX-04 S is grendizer + spazer + 3 spazers +accesories for originally less than 200 $

PBM EU should be sending some units to the US for us here in North America... either way, it wont really matter that much.. just like last time with Gin Gin, we would have been able to get it on time anyway.

Great news! Included in my top 3 much anticipated release this year together with Tryder and Daikengo. Took the words out of my mouth pal! Its really refreshing to see someone whos top 3 are "classics" like me,and not one of those other trite, redundant lines of modern scrapyard boredom. haha i definitely agree on you on that one Baron.. Some of us are tired seeing those same robots again and again while theres still lots of classic ones that are not being made yet,,, I have since decided to collect-one modern version robot per anime theme, from 1963-1990s. (Tetsujin to Knight and Lamune 40.) thats the reason why I desperately needed these 3 classic robots to trim down my list further.

No image?... Here you go: }| Uggh does nothing for me these black SRs,some people love them. But they have little to do with the SR they represent when the colors are gone. For me the bright colors are 50% of the SRs appeal. But they do sell, this one will go well with the glossy blackl CMs Jeeg, but not the matte black SOC versions.

the second production sample without the shading... and the blades are white.. I was also sent a photo of what I think could be the bonus item for Gattiger.... all I can say about it is that you guys will understand the message as soon as you see it.

The Gattaiger looks awesome in those colors! Thanks for the pic. I still think the bonus item is a Grendizer accessory.I mean, what else could it be... other than an enemy minifo? Baron, I agree with you on the black (and, any other non-anime color variations). However, I did end up picking a few black versions and recolors. I don't have many, but I did buy some... mostly cheap. }D

I know youre trying to draw it out of me TMZ but you only have a few more days to wait.. ha ha youll see. Anyway, I think I am going to get the white Gattiger, I figure it will look the best sitting next to my manga MT01...
I am excited about all the new MTs.. they are getting as big as my SoC Battle Fever and I like the style of them... and they are coming quicker then they did. Zmazinger is right around the corner.. a matter of months if memory serves.
