I got the Trike and the 12" Great Mazingef in today.. really impressed but not ready to make my video yet..still getting to know the figures.. I aso got the diecast TFO on the way.. video reviews will be up soon.
One bummer though.. I dropped the Mazinger while he had a sword in his hand, it landed right on the sword and broke it off at the handle ON THE FIRST DAY! bummer.. good thing he came with a second sword.. it was all my fault, that sh*t happens on any figure. Its fixable though.. gonna have to drill both sides out and insert a long pin.. cant glue that back together,

He fell backwards while holding them and the peg broke that allows them to connect together. It upset me a lot. Pretty unimpressed in how easy that broke. Pin vice for the fix though.

what happened with me would have happend with any figure though. He wieghs alot and fell from about 4 feet right on the sword as he was holding it.. snapped the handle rght off where his fist ended.. a clean cut right through.. only way to have prevented a break like that was a soft rubber sword.. even metal wouldnt have survived it I dont think.

becuase the vinyl fists are so thight that I think they would break it.. you gotta use alot of force to get that sword in or out.

Thanks Baron, was the info all good? The explainations clear? Crystal! Love the presentations, how you compare the figures at the end.I also get a kick out of your girl when she giggles in the backgound in a couple of your videos.LOL, Seriously though, very professional and thorough.Im thinking of getting that TFO,I didnt know it was small like that or would have gotten it way back. For some reason I thought it was like saucer sized. That is how you know you did a good video, when myself or others actually go and buy the product after you review it!

thanks man, its hard for me to be ojective on my own videos after I do them. Im like " Did I show everything that I would have wanted to see if I did not own the figure?" thats what Im like after doing them..
The TFO is a slam-dunk. My advice to try to find some kind of "deal" on one during a multi-figure purchase with some dealer who likes to "deal"..if you know what I mean. Id be looking for somewhere between $30-$40 Ive seen some dealers go as high as $80 on those.

Hi all, great reviews of Duke's trike & Koji's TFO. I just wish they were scaled to each other. Looking forward to your review of Gin Gin! Cheers, 70's Super Robot Fan

the Trike would be tiny next to the TFO.. and the TFO would be tiny next to grendizer.
The HLpro Tiny vinyl TFO and Vegan UFOs are scaled to the Metaltech Robots and the Spazer.
The Dam Base and the little Spazer are scaled to Blaki's Mothership
The Diecast TFO that I reviewed is scaled to the Grendizer Jumbo.
So, HLpro does have its own system of interlocking scale when you look at the whole product line but for now the Trike is in its own scale but who knows. That could change in the future.

Hi gettershadow,
I was able to buy from an eBay France seller the HL Pro tiny TFO and Vegan saucers to go with my chrome Grendizer & Giru Giru, as they were the same scale.
Good to know that the larger TFO is to scale with their other series, same as with the Dam base & Blacky's ship.
I wish they reissue some of their older stuff - wanna get the Duke Cockpit, 4-figures pack, etc.
Waiting for Gin-Gin - maybe Paul of PBM USA can make a "bundle package" with Blacky's ship, TFO, etc.
Cheers,

My first order from Paul of PBM was the chrome Grendizer. He has great prices. Will order from him Gin Gin once it is available.
