niether one so far. Im gonna wait for MT01 V2. The SRC looks too bulky for me and the CM has a Spazer that looks as fat as a Big Mac. Until they change the sculpts Im not interested.

HLPRO was the #1 worst company to stick with release dates (now it's #2 after MP), so for the people who are waiting for Grendizer V2, I say have good time waiting. I'm so looking forward to have Gin Gin, but after all the wait for Giru Giru I learned not to hold my breath with HLPRO. People can say all they want about them working on so many cool things to be released this year, but until this happen I will not get my hopes high especially with that rumored Grendizer V2.

Remember HLpro is FAR from a company like Bandai or even CMs.Even small diecast figures for them to make is probably a HUGE deal.Only recently has the diecast Grendizer gotten popular,it took me forever to make the plunge.I guess we have to bear with them,Id say one toy a year from HLpro is generous.

One toy a year is perfectly fine with me, but the thing is people are trying to make it as they are going to release 4 to 5 figures a year, which is impossible with HLPro's capabilities.

the 24" Grendy is totally sold out right now/ Ill get one when they make the next batch.
Guys, I understand the frustration.. and I feel your pain. I am not at liberty to discuss any details about HLPro's business model but I can say that Bandai uses a tried and true strategy that I think goes back to the days of Popy. It is totally the opposite of US or "Soviet" style "mass production" toy companies. When it was explained to me it boggled the mind but once I understood the big picture it made alot of sense. All of these companies that we love are run by very "Japanese" value systems. Dont think of Bandai as a normal "toy company".. more like "custom order" artwork company.
Example: My friend who owns acme comics called Bandai and wanted 6 SRC Mazingers.. Bandai said "min order $20,000 and we will make you $20.000 worth of whatever you order us to build" In other words Banda has no "stock" its all made to order. This way Bandai gets all of its money up front CASH and there is NO waste at all.. no robots sitting around .. all the risk goes on the store or dealer who orders them made. The faster they are ordered, the faster they are made and the faster new models come out.
another upside to this strategy is that the market always stays hungy bc there is never any excess supply. If the model were any different these things would just be normal "toys" and they woudnt have any value to anybody..youd open them up, mess with them then throw them away.. like any other toy.
Now, Jin Jin was ordered.. its coming.. when they are ready. ha ha ha

now.. before any one asks me any more questions about Bandai.. Bandai is not one "company"... Bandai is a bunch of little "compartments" that dont talk to each other and dont really deal with each other. Some of the "comparments" are like normal "toy factories".. other compartments are like little custom studios or something like that. Most of the stuff WE are all into from Bandai comes from these little "custom compartments" under the Bandai name.. so its kind of cool when you think about it. You will hear all this stuff about "how big Bandai is" but its actually not true because we are buying the stuff from these little compartments of "Bandai".. they are like custom design studios.. the work building the designs is all farmed out to little Chinese factories. So Bandai isnt "big" actually.. its just a big group of a bunch of little "compartments" that have a Bandai "franchise" .. each compartment doing its own thing. It my understanding that the compartments dont even share money with each other.. so when you think about it, all these SOCs and SRCs are actually "custom order" items. All production cash paid up front by the compaines that order them to be made.

OK from HLPRO's mouth: "Jin Jin.. they will be sent out in March and arrive in stores some time in May.. much of the production will go to the EU"
Ok .. now let me jump in. Hlpro is working like crazy with a bunch of new really nice designs that we will love.. really cool characters and the features have improved. As for "V2" it does exist but it has never been shown to anyone as far as I know.. I begged to see it but was denied...no date given but it will happen.. but not "soon".. more like "when the time is right"
as I said before " I feel your pain".. Im a HLpro fan also and I want this stuff to all just arrive instantly..but there is a bunch of complicated behind the scenes stuff that has to happen first that even I dont know about.. JUST CHILL and enjoy collecting stuff in the time being.. HLpro is gonna get to you soon.

Is that Gattaiger in the picture below? If so did HLPro ever release it? Yeah, looks like Gattaiger. Good eye. It's probably one of their projects in the prototype stage, and they may announce it soon. By the way, you can guys see HLPRO's FB, and they said Gin Gin will be released in May, and when I asked about US retailers, they said the following: "guys...it is certain, 100% sure that PBM express USA will have some, and it means that net retailers like Entertainment earth will have Giru Giru too, somehow they do not work on preorders but offer the product once it is in stock only... you can contact PBM express USA here and make a reservation ? ; shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.688859/sc.1/.f" I sent Paul an email.
