Not sure but I think he's from Karas - it was a big deal OVA that came out last year (I think). I haven't heard much about it - maybe I should pick it up and check it out because the character designs are pretty cool.

You guessed right. That is RaiOh from the Dengeki Hobby Magazine SRW exclusive line. However, that one is not available...yet, if ever. Cause the toyline has been on hold for quite a while now (probably due to Revoltech's popularity being cheap and affordable, while Kotobukiya's plastic model kit is really catching up on SRW releases), with the supposingly RyuKuOh release delayed for about a year now, and still have not been announced the actual new release date. So when will the RaiOh come out is unknown. What is shown is the prototype/original sculpt of the figure that used to feature in the SRW segment in the Dengeki Hobby Magazine in an old issue.

Thanks for the info mpchi. I asked a friend of mine to go check the Volks store in Akihabara and they actually have RaiOh, Vaisaga, and a couple others on display there. I asked him to see if they would sell them, but they wouldn't haha... those must be the prototypes.

If you look at the bottom of the page you'll see their Amazon.com listing. They're Metal Warriors candy toys from Kabaya. I think I like Mugenbine better. Emerje
