Thanks Chen, oops, my bad, I forgot to mention, no, it doesn't come with the mouth guard faceplate and doesn't come with the Energon cube accessory and brief case either. So I guess the Energon cube accessory and brief case is limited to the TF Con set (for now?) The manual is the same as the TF Con Powered Commander manual. Gold

Hi all, here's a quick look at Fansproject G3 trailer for Classics/ HenkeiOptimus Prime. Be sure to open the box from the right side, since the manual is concealed in a pocket in the inner tray backdrop. Tray comes with extra space for you to put Prime in. The trailer “camouflage mode” – There’s an extra coating of film to protect the mirror shine, you can opt to removed it or leave it on. Roller Roller expands to accommodate the “energon case”, which is one of the accessories for the TF Con exclusive Powered Commander armor. The ejector release for Roller is the connection port for Prime in truck mode With Prime Transform and Roll out! Expanding port for connecting to the Powered/DIA Commander armor Base and Maintenance mode. A really great gimmick here is when you raise the turret the cannons flip out automatically. Raise the rear bumper to 45 degrees so it can support the trailer standing up. Weapons for Hound, Grimlock, Bumblebee, Mirage, Sideswipe. I prefer to leave them on the tree though, as they can’t be properly stored in the trailer hanging once they’re removed from the tree. Weapons storage Overall a great item from Fansproject. I really, really like this toy, way more than the Masterpiece trailer. I’d give the toy a full 5/5 if it came with Prime. But seeing as how that’s impossible, then I’d have to give it a 4.5 Gold

I love that they left space in the packaging to accomodate Prime too. Since most of the Classic/Henkei toys never came in an actual box, just carded, this is perfect packaging..(well it coulda been squeakyfoam..)
Thanks for reviewing it.

Shoulder rockets (not present in the previous armor sets) For whatever reason, the hole here is too big, the windvane rifle can't be attached, does anyone else have this problem? I didn't encounter this with the Shadow Commander Armor. I got the prewiously released TFCON version : - the missiles launchers are included too, but missiles are silver-grey. The hole of the articulated panel is big too, but the other ole (in the shoulder) works... you just have to push further. Here are the TFCon version with the DIA Commander (in trailer mode) : Already posted pics.

Thanks repairtechJon. Thanks for the correction Lejam. I wonder why the hole for the rifle is too big this time? It seemed fine on the Nemesis and City Commander armors. Gold

... Can you take a pic of your hole (hum hum)... because my holes are all the same (hum hum hum)... (there are some differences due to the camera optical...) And I got the right definition for this serie of Classic Convoy add-on : Because the trailer can rotate from the cabin... it's an "estate-truck". The Powered Estate-Convoy !Hope there will be a new color version (or custom stickers) with fake wood pannels... (reprolabels ?) ^__^

The "snowman" set looks best with the Energon set, I still prefer the original with the movie set.

That looks great and is very tempting. I've got a spare Sunstreaker that I was going to try making into Punch/Counterpunch, but with the coming club release it's left waiting for something to do. Looking forward to seeing more as it comes closer to completion, this is going to be bit expensive on the aftermarket I fear.

Looks like it will cost around $55 shipped. It also looks like it will be unpainted. So this is more on the lines of a model kit upgrade then the standard upgrades we have seen from the likes of Fansproject etc..

Somehow in my last post I missed the word "expensive" at the end. This is a pretty unique kit and very limited, I'm thinking it'll pick up in price after not too long.
They did mention it would come with stickers so I don't know how much paint they'd even need to do if they did do paint. Just painting the head would be enough since Wheeljack is basically just a white car with sticker details anyway.

But your going to have to paint the transformer white I suspect to make it work, won't you.
I have some stuff I ordered from this company coming in. I will inspect their casting quality and let you guys know how their stuff is.
