What is the final date? I spent the past couple week installing a new floor in my house and have not had time to draw. I think we can have all the entries by end of AUGUST...hopefully we can have a voting by 1st week of SEP...... OK Guys.....get ur sketches and drawings ready.... |

OMG! Go figure, My 6 yr old kid is the biggest Toto fan there is (That´s the way everybody calls Gamera in that movie, in case you haven´t seen it). Getting back on topic, I shall post my first entry next week.

Here is what I got so far. I am not sure what else I might do to it. It depends on how much time I have over the next week. After reading the bit in Kaiju and that many were based on animals I wanted to mix some animals to make it interesting. This is is a mix of a goat, for the lower legs, a lion's mane, a reptile head and elephant toes with sort of other elements to add to the weirdness of the design. I was enjoying my Seafood noodles last couple of nights ago and saw this little shrimps that compliments the flavor. Curious and inspecting it upclose, they look really weird with their pointy crustacian tips. I thought it might be a good idea to transform this delicacy into a ferocious kaiju monster!~ LOL. Plus the Japanese loves Tempura so it pay back time for this avenging Monster. Introducing.. The Flaming Oishigami-tempaiju.. LOL. whatever that means. ;D  It has flames coming out of its back though its a water element creature..Whatever works. LOL. |
