Looks like Zaku flavor no.4 incoming... I don't know what it said but I hope they are talking about ramba ral gouf... Zaku II high mobility type, if you recognize those legs. Quite possibly this guy, if they continue with the Origin tie-in.

I am 110% on board for this, however I do not like the are. I get that it's from the Origin series, but dayum, it is just to comical imo.

That gm-79 was really unexpected... I wonder why they decided to do a GM and not the guncannon... anyone knows in which anime/manga the sleggar platoon appeared? Can't find information and I'm trying to decide which GM get.

Can't find information and I'm trying to decide which GM get. I’m guessing they went with the GM cause it uses the same joints and proportions as the RX 78-2. The guncannon is thicker/bulkier and might require a different joint design. As for the “Sleggar Platoon”, not sure. However Sleggar Law was a character from the original series.

This will be mine. To an extend, I wanted this more than the RX-78. GM is the very first Gundam model kit I ever built when I was a little kid (cause RX-78 sold out at that store LOL). It is very expected on my end, just the matter of when.

Well I've wanting a guntank since my first GFFMC but no luck, and it will be very unexpected even for me if it comes out sometime. More zakus is a good thing (not for me, I have stopped at Char's gundam)but at this rate you would be able to build an army without doing doubles in a short time.

It looks like they are building out this line with UC. I would be happy with that. The original Fix Figuration line had an extensive catalog with most releases being dual takes on each unit. Hopefully this line will increase to cover all the things they did (minus the dual configurations as that wouldn't be doable at this price point).

Got to give Bandai props in how well they planned it all out. Both the RX-78 and Zaku platform can be milked with so many variants, and we are finally seeing the results in this year or so. Just 20-30% changes with a different paintjob, and you can keep having releases one after another, yet they are cool enough that we are happy to buy them up one by one. Anyone knows where this Sleggar Squid GM variant came from? He only piloted a Corebooster in the series I believe. Where did he get a GM squad?

Maybe I'm a bit election-drunk today but can someone please clarify for the dumb one today once more: Why is Bandai creating a differentiation of Gundam lines here with GFMCC versus Metal Build?
Like, why don't they just release these puppies under the MB line?

GFFMC has gone somewhat into MB-ish territory with recent releases, at least in terms of price point and build.
