At least ! Tfsource is ready too. Hope RK got a complete stock too and ready for shipping. It's time to play ! ^__^
About this devastator, the best for our wallet is TFclub release gradually the 6 Constructicons. I hope each price wil be close to Hasbro than Takara masterpiece prices.

I wonder if this Devastator took inspiration from the Unciron Customs that had been done by the likes of Rumble Frenzy.

The instructions for the Crossfire 2 set are already teasing at the 3rd Crossfire set. Probably a Devastator add on. Only problem with that is that it was not as wide a release as the Superion & Bruticus sets were. I was lucky enough to pick one up at Walmart when the cleared them out. But no re-releases any time recently may make that a tougher one to complete if you don't already have it.
The other option is that it could be an entirely new combiner (Menasor or Defensor?). If they continue with FP's current evolution, this may be even more likely. They are getting good at making figures, so making a new combiner would be a good next step. While I would love an upgraded Devastator, I may prefer a new Defensor more. The FP parts on these figures are a step above the Hasbro ones and it would be better to just have a complete FP figure.

Devastator never went on clearance here, it just lingered for nearly a year before vanishing (along with Alternators Rumble and Ravage). I never bought it because I thought that if I did it might finally go on clearance the next day. Be cool if they moved on to transforming drones for PCC.

The teaser they have on the Bruticus add-on instruction booklet has gotten everyone to speculate that the third crossfire piece to be upgrades to the RID constructicon/Devastator. I don't have that one and will not buy it until I see offical word from the fansproject site. I am just hoping that the price doesn't double from what it is now and when we see the announcement. Up til this point, fansproject has been successful with every release. Prehaps they should do their own stand alone figures/combiner since most of their add on upgrades cover up much of the regular toy. Exception being Superion.

Conveniently, that's exactly what they intend to do Note that this will be a TFX release (like Warbot and the Magnus Armor), so it is not the same thing as the Crossfire-03 mentioned in the above booklet.

Now that I would be happy to see, I have all three versions of the RID group (normal, Walmart all yellow, and Target Constructicon green). Is there a link to the teaser image somewhere? If they go with that set then I wonder if they'll round out the team with two additional figures. Emerje

There's no actual image other than a black box with "Crossfire - 03 " under it. People are just guessing on the constructicon front. I'd imagine if it were going to be the constructicons, Fansproject would stick with the energon combiner updates instead of the RiD versions. Of course, I would kind of think that fansproject would be wary of making a constructicon upgrade set when iGear (who they DO communicate with, so I'd imagine they would have known about this set) is coming out with a complete Devastator set. EDIT: Here you go - context.

So it really is all speculation. Doing the Walmart Devastator Energon repaint does make more sense. Maybe they'll skip the premade gestalts and make a kit to combine some other figures into a specific gestalt like Menasor.

Yeah, it's 100% speculation.
So far I've resisted all of the Xfire sets, due to a lack of ownership/interest in the original combiner sets, so I'm probably not hte target audience for this. I'm far more interest in Fansproject's TFX releases. Rodimus armor! Where are youuuuuu?

Like I said, everyone is speculating on what's next. Well all I care about right now is getting Crossfire 2. Whatever they are coming up with, it will be hard to top this last release. They literally took what I didn't want and turn into my most sought after item of the year.

BBTS still hasn't shipped - I'm getting a little antsy! I stuck with BBTS because I've been a long time customer. Should of used TFSource cause they kinda announce that they will have them in later this week. But I will hold on to my order at BBTS.

Don't feel bad about BBTS just yet. It's not like TFsource has them in yet. I have my preorder there and I am still waiting as well. I know they said "likely this week" but I am not sure if they know their shipment is on the way or if they just expect them since ToyArea had them in last week. Either way, I am tired of waiting. I also have a Clear MP Starscream in this order and it has been waiting for a month or two on the Crossfire sets to arrive.

This was posted on TFsource
"Crossfire sets have cleared customs and are en route to our warehouse, due to be received this week. Orders will start being processed starting Saturday! Any emails asking for an exact date when their set will ship out will not be answered as this slows down the whole process for everyone. If you want to know when, c...heck your inbox for an "order shipped"
I was hoping to have them by Saturday not have it start shipping on Saturday. Glad the wait is finally comming to an end, but I have to say, I am still dissappointed.
