Just as good!
Nice collection, by the way. I've never seen the bus before, do you have a larger pic, all I'm getting is two thumbnails.

OMG, where did you get the transforming soda cans?
The bus bot is Robus isn't it? He was posted on the forums, I did not know it ever came out.

Speaking of KOtoys.com - what's the general impression on this web-store? KOs are KOs, but sometimes... it's the only reasonable way to get some stuff...
And I'm thinking I refuse to pay the $300 for that Shadow Commander trailer by Fansproject that keeps popping up on eBay (that seller is out of his mind). So now I'm thinking of getting the KO version... I've seen the comparisons by Fansproject and other than the slight fit problems, the material on the KO seems fairly solid. Hmm...

Just thought I would mention that since nobody's responded to either thread I posted to about the Shadow Commander (or knock-off), I decided to take the plunge and place an order at KOTOYS.
I made the decision based on the thought that while it was likely Fansproject might reissue the TFX-01 yet again (and they did earlier this year) it's unlikely they would reissue a repaint variant.
Also after reading a few knock-off reviews and examining the photos I have the feeling that Fansproject is protecting themselves. I don't blame them (I would to, if it were me) but I think they posted photos of the worst of the knock-off samples... I've seen other people posting reviews claiming the KO wasn't so bad. But who knows if there is more than 1 KO floating around out there, so I won't know until I have it in my hands...
...and at the price of the KO, it's not a terrible risk, IMHO.
Anyway, I'll post my thoughts if and when KOTOYS comes through.
Edit1: There's something to be said about shopping with "the little guy" compared to bigger outfits. I already got my shipping notice from KOTOYS. The EMS tracker isn't updated yet so there's nothing to see, though. Oh well.

I do have to laugh a little about FP complaining about bootlegs when they themselves are making unofficial products. Granted, they're working from scratch, but it still makes for an awkward situation.

but a least , as you said, they are not copies of anything. they made accseories compatibles with the actual toyss and even planed, design and manufacture they own figures, so technicaly speaking, they dont copy anything from has/tak.
but i was shocked too , when they talk about some of they products when KO ed.

Photos tomorrow but I'm excited to report that the KO Shadow Commander set finally arrived. I'm pleased and annoyed at the same time.
First... there's no denying, it looks good. Really good. The KO reproduces the entire set with no apparent missing pieces. Waist bit is there on the back, alternate face in a baggy, sword on a clip... even the package is accurately KO.(but you can still tell the colors are a tad off not unlike bootleg CD covers you see in Chinatown).
Now for the bad... it's all the flaws one expects in KO. Dirty glue marks, scratches, pieces that weren't assembled just right (more messy glue and/or gaps). Instruction manual appears to have been stapled together with pages in the wrong order. Right hand doesn't sit tight enough on my Prime figure. But you know in the grand scheme of things, this is still way better than I expected.

A few photos of the KO Shadow Commander (sorry, I don't have my camera, just my cell-phone at the moment). Looks okay at a glance: And transforms okay forget about holding up the "gun" - the right hand part is the one that is the loosest of all the KO parts in the set (The glue job on part right arm parts is the worst of it. Here's a closer look at the "defects" - first the terrible glue job I was talking about - with smearing on the surfaces, etc. And one more to show the bad cut when the part was released from the mold. Ugh! But as I was saying - you get what you pay for and this was almost half the cost of the original Fansproject set (and a fraction of the secondary market rate of the original)

Actually, not as bad as I was expectionting the KO Trailer set to be. The only visiable defect that I would have a hard time living with is the smearing of the glue. That did look pretty bad in the pics. Not sure what the best sloudtion would be to clean it up, but good luck if you try.

Finally, KO makers are doing the classics and henkei figures in their original colors. First batch is the three ultra expensive seekers, henkei ghost starscream, henkei thundercracker, henkei skywarp, henkei electrostatic mirage and botcon 2007 clear blue mirage. People are saying that these KO are so well done that it's almost impossible to tell. Great chance for people to get a affordable henkei thundercracker. Also, people are wishing that they make Henkei Wildrider and botcon Shatterglass Hot Rod. The price on ebay on these are astronomical. I am kinda sad that I paid around 80$ for the henkei electrostatic mirage. This was supposed to be a free item for buying the magazine but the priced was jacked by importers.figure was free for people that lives in japan only.
