Super-robots' body parts come in so many shapes and sizes; and many of those parts are asymetoricly "mirrored" opposite of eachother: like the wings, fangs, chestplates, horns, and paired body parts such as the feet and hands. It does look complicated indeed... when making these lego-type robots, you also have to consider making parts that go on the left side and the right side; for example: Let's say you make the Mazinger-Z chestplates, we know that the chestplates are two separate pieces, Left and Right, the left side looks like a Z and the right side looks like a Z in reverse... To make them from Legos, you have to cut a chestplate in precise angles- then cut the other chestplate exactly the same way but have it face in the opposite direction for the Reversed Z. Some parts have to be cut, while others may be grinded or filed into shape. If you're skilled in Carpentry working with wood, similar principles apply here as well. Steady hands and strict attention to detail is vitally important for making lego-styled super-robots. zozo-magengar

See that right there is actually very helpful. I had no idea that the pieces were altered or cut. That explains alot. I was like "How in the world!", but knowing they've been cut helps alot. Thanks

Wow, those are amazing! I love all the robot designs. Are you interested in having these up on the Robot Japan website in a new gallery? Yes ! great! I'm still hoping to do this. There are some changes in the works so I have to wait at the moment, but once we are up and running again, I will definitely get these up. Sorry for the delay, and keep up the incredible work!
