Here are some pics of the next Binaltechs/Alternators numbers 9-10. They haven't been confirmed, but they look pretty good. Although I can't believe they made Grimlock a Ford Mustang, should have made him a H2. Bumblebee/Cliffjumper ?  Swindle  Grimlock  |

I can honestly say I was not expecting a car version of grimlock!  It might take some getting used to but I will adapt!!! ;D |

Not only is Grimlock kickass, but he's a Mustang, which was the car my family had back in the 80's.

First Dead End and now Swindle, just imagine they made the rest of the Stunticons and Combaticons with MP Prime size Motormaster and Onslaught. Plus the iceing on the cake would be if they could combine into Menasor and Bruticus, that would be sweet ;D.

wow, I m waiting for my Dead End to arrive. I thought I was over the Binaltech series after seeing how easily the BT-01 paint chip...I waited and waited and when the first Decepticon arrived, I thought SHEEEEET that's how a Viper should be! And with pics of the new series coming through, Im all fired up again with the Binaltech lines. It will be interesting to see what sort of Bot the Mini will really transform into. And not surprised if it turns out to be Cliffjumper. Maybe they are reserving Bumblebee to be a new VW Beetle.......? Grimlock being a Mustang is interesting...but I cant really tell what model Mustang that is? It dosent look like a classic fastback..(that would be nice to have some classic car lines in there  ) Anythoughts of what Ol' Megatron will be ?? or Starscream? |

I like the looks of pretty much all of them, and it is very nice to see, that Grimlock isn't yet another re-tooled old mold. Swindle doesn't look that interesting to me - don't get me wrong, Hound is my favourite Binaltech! - but we've seen that mold already, Basblow...  That minii-cooper - the design of the robot doesn't look like a standard Hasbro/Takara Transformer... do we have any hard evidence yet of this one? |

Grimlock is the new 2005 Mustang that has that retro design. I can picture Starscream as a new F-22 Raptor, Megatron on the other hand is a hard one. He would have to be a large vehicle so he could stand next to MP Prime, maybe a tank or big rig. |

hmmm. a Tank eh...Sounds fitting. Why do I think...TF Gen2...gosh the list goes on!
I guess now that they have set it at 1/24 scale...they can't really ntroduce another..or can they!

I guess it all depends on which licenses Takara can get, Porsche has declined and I'm sure Ferrari did too, but there's still hope for a Sunstreaker as a Lamborghini Murcielago ;D.
