I didn't say that the SRC Aussenseiter can transform, I am pretty sure that it can't unless they took the SOC version and shrunk it. What I meant to say is that since my SOC Aussenseiter is already in P'ferd mode, I'll buy the SRC version and have a Aussenseiter to display in robot mode. Right next to my SOC-46. Doh! Didn't read your post properly. My bad! Yeah, even at larger size, SOC Aussenseiter's transformation won't look good unless proper parts are swapped. Hopefully it will have better articulation than the SOC Aussenseiter.

I wonder how he looks standing next to the Unifive chogokin version. As soon as I get mine I will do comparison photos with the Unifive and the Dengeki Hobby Alt Riese ;D

Hmmmmm... I don't think the Koreans would wanna surrender Any kind of licensing permissions to 'foreigners' for Taekwon V action-figures... that character is their only popular robot hero icon to this very day and Korea will retain all rights to the merchandising and marketing of their beloved character. That would be like asking China to grant a license to Bandai and to Kaiyodo make Super Inframan figures. It's a nice thought, though. zozo-Magengar i like how he looks, do you guys imagen if bandai do Taekwon V on the SRC line, heck i see China doing there own SRC line version for the heck of it.

Funny that you mention that "is their only popular robot hero icon to this very day and Korea will retain all rights to the merchandising and marketing of their beloved character" when we all can see that it is a complete rip-off of Mazinger, Great Mazinger, and Grendizer. Yeah, yeah, some keep saying it is a Korean original, but it only takes one look at it to see what it really is.
I was thinking about buying the diecast version of Taekwon V, but it is way too expensive for a robot I don't really like and I already have the PVC version of it.
However, I would buy an SRC version or even a Revoltech version if it is ever released.

Er... I just realized... The Dygenguar figure on top of R-1 is actually SOC GX-46... Curious about Dygenguar placard seemingly have a different "super robot chogokin" logo. Visited Moeyo.com website, dig through Tamashii Nation report and voila... GX-46. So does this means no SRC Dygenguar? I mean cross promotion is nice and all, but it does makes sense business wise. There's no reason for Bandai to create a smaller mold for an existing figure that's already badass by itself. Got a good deal for the GX-46 set, US$250 ready stock at a local hobby shop...

Well, I don't know what else to call it. ;D Yes, it is an obvious rip-off of the Mazingers and Grendy. The obvious indication is the "brain" spaceship in Taekwon's head which looks and flies just like the Mazinger-Z Hover Pilder. I was just trying to interpret what a tight grip Korea has on the Taekwon V character as though it were their very own robot character. They sure seem like they're pretty tight about allowing other film/animation/movie studios do anything with Taekwon V, much less an action-figure. About the only thing I can see original about it is the robot's fighting style (taekwon do) and that's because its young pilot kid was trained in that martial art form. zozo-Magengar Funny that you mention that "is their only popular robot hero icon to this very day and Korea will retain all rights to the merchandising and marketing of their beloved character" when we all can see that it is a complete rip-off of Mazinger, Great Mazinger, and Grendizer. Grendizer needs to be in this SRC line .. with spacer since Bandai didn't make a Re-make of the GX-04

i see Grendizer been made on the SRC line, but the Spacer would be like on a separated Weapon pack like what they did with Mazinger Z and now great Mazinger

Grendy isn't in the SRC line yet; but you can bet he Will be there soon. And I agree with Droutmaster about the Spazer: Grendy's weapons can come along with the figure; but the Spazer and other spazer vehicles would have to come separate- just like it was done for all the extra accessories that were post-packed with Mazinger-Z and Great Mazinger.

Late Edit: I had just taken a second look at that Kaiser SKL SRC... ...he's got his chestplates off in gun mode, thus revealing that gold SKULL logo on his chest... Yo, THAT looks SICK! It reaffirms what a member said here a while ago that Mazinkaiser SKL is the "Punisher" of the pack. ;D

Alts colors don't look nearly as nice in those scans. Thank goodness (by the nature of printing and the time-delay between submittal and publication) that those photos are actually less recent than the ones with the pretty metallic maroon paint
