Brave Gokin 06 Gaigo - 2 versions?

Does anyone knows what's the difference between the Brave Gokin 06 Gaigo regular & limited edition?

i think the regular are only th gaigo itselft without the drills, wings or any other componet. only the little bot. and the limited its the set thats comes with gaofighgar, the star gaogaigar bomber, and gaigo.

Actually the version you're talking about is Brave Gokin 12 GaoGaiGo And it's limited to 400 pieces and is a repackaged GaoFighGar GaiGo and a StealthGao II in a white cardboard box:

What Impulsse is talking about is the limited edition GaiGo thats up on amiami Japanese site:

I'm wondering the same thing if anything I think it might be a repack of the repainted GaiGo from the Limited edition GaoFighGar set:

the feet are diecast in the new one and have articulated fingers like the gaogaigar 2.0 the regular dont.

Actually I have a question myself about renewal GaoFighGar is drillgao 2 hollow like drillgao one so you can just push the legs out of it though the bottom like GaoGaiGar so I don't have to feel so worried about breaking the plastic knees?

Yeah it did Not sure if it fixed the plastic knees though from what I've heard they're plastic but I don't think anyone has cracked em open to see if they pulled a genesic V.2

CMs site is missing some info to tell you the truth they don't have any real color versions (except GGG) up and they don't have brave gokins 12 and 13 listed either

I believe that the Renewal version of Gaofighgar does NOT have redesigned knees. I recall a friend of mine being very miffed about this fact.

That is the difference, which is the disappointing part. Both Star GaoGaigar and Genesic were updated with metal parts in their knees, fixing the most common point of breakage on the toys. Star GaoGaigar also added a sizable chunk of metal to Drill Gao and Gaigar, greatly enhancing GGG's balance.

No such considerations of GFG. I barely opened up my box, simply disassembling GaoFar's legs to check for metal knee pins. When I found out they weren't there, back in the box the whole thing went, until I can get around to reinforcing the bits.

GFG was already pretty good as it was, but the ridiculously fragile knee design was just stupid.

Dissapointing CMs just dissapointing.

Thanks guys! Hmm, not sure how I feel about the renewal GFG, the lack of diecast knees is a dissapointment, the new fingers and diecast feet don't really make it worth blowing another $200 again on the same toy. The lack of markings on the box to differentiate the two releases also makes it risky buying the figure outside of HLJ (might end up getting another first release by accident).
