I have a question about the Hasbro 20th Anniversary OP. I've only transformed this guy 4 times, and the last two were requests from friends... This toy has never fallen or been dropped, yet he shows small chip on his legs (the blue metal part)... Is this common? I don't think I've mishandled this toy in any way, I want to know if this is to expect from die cast toys or this toy in particular, has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Hmm mine sits on my desk.. and I havn't seen any scratches yet.. and I think I've transformed it about maybe 5- 6 times... and a few guys at the office have transformed a few times.
but both me and my friends have been very careful.

The only chip prone area I can tell is the abdomen part where the gray parts locks to the chest area.

Is this chip near any hinges? It's possible that by turning a hinge, the edge of the opposite panel pressed into the paint and caused a scratch. This happened to the front wheel-wells on my BT-01 Smokescreen. For days I tried to figure out how I managed that scratch until one day I picked it up to transform again and noticed that if I pull up on the arms too much when in robot mode, the toy basically scratches itself.

The chip is on the front part of his right leg (the blue metal part). It doesn't seem like a part that would touch something when transforming... I'll try to get a pic of the chip...
