I concur... Hidden joints. Perhaps Ball-n-Socket joints for a "realistic" flexibility.
If the tails were bendy wire types, the wire would break after all that posing over time and then the broken wire might even tear through the outer surface of the figure.
The tail length on these Godzills are perfect for when you stage an office building tail-swipe.
In one of the modern Godzilla movies, Godzilla invaded Tokyo and smashed everything in sight. A young lady in a hospital bed watched him go by, she closed her eyes and said a prayer. There was a moment of silence. She opened her eyes, relieved that the monster had went away and suddenly sees Godzilla's tail smash through the window and kill her. I thought That scene was HILARIOUS! ;D

Ugh I think Bandai could do a better job with those effects, maybe because the heads are angled down but it looks like Godzilla and Burning Godzilla are puking chunks lol.

Beam effect? ......or, a "hookah tube" ? ;D --------- Now that I look at him, Godzilla's tail seems awfully long, huh. Nothing wrong with that. I wonder if even the tail will be articulated? zozo-magengar to be honest, that is the correct length for this version of Godzilla figure since is base more on the GvsSG movie (pretty much they added Moguera from the same movie to go with it). im crossing fingers that they do Space Godzilla and little Godzilla to complete at least the set of that movie =P.

Just when I was trying to stop buying newly produced toys! I guess these will have to be on my list. I really have no choice Thanks for posting! And the concept of Moguera [Mobile Operation Godzilla Universal Expert Robot Aero-Type] goes back further than Space Godzilla. The character first makes it's appearance in the 1957 Toho film, the Mysterians. Toho decided to re-invent the character for the later G-film as an homage to such a popular but little used character.

Those metallic ones (i.e., Mogera, MechaG) seem like they're really made of metal. Great effect on those. Me three! LOL!!! Funny, I was gonna say the same thing! Just wanted to see if anyone else here caught that vision. ;D zozo-Magengar Ugh I think Bandai could do a better job with those effects, maybe because the heads are angled down but it looks like Godzilla and Burning Godzilla are puking chunks lol.

yup they are metal or so at least i read Wait what?! If these are made with metal, we finally get a 1993 version MechaG and a Moguera in metal construction. That is certainly exciting news! Where did you read the data? I am really hoping it's true.

Actually glad that metal isn't gonna be used. Only b/c I can't see it as being needed.
If these are more or less in scale with the Bandai GD-45 , GD-54 and so on then this is a win. September is gonna be a fun month.

I'm amused that the mechanical kaijus could possibly be made mostly of metal. But then, wouldn't that jack the price up on those particular figures and raise the shipping cost?

Can't go wrong with the King of the Monsters himself.....dun, dun, dun ---> GODZILLA! As 1 of my old Godzilla Enthusiast friend use to tell me "Gotta love those Cat Sh%t Legs!" I like that they are doing the version of Godzilla where the Fiery Nuclear Material is leaking from his body- AWESOME!
On that 2nd pic of MechaG from when this post began, he's missing his tail - Hope it grows back! ^_^
I am also anxious for some news like Mr. Coul567.... Prices yet Anyone?

Would be cool if they made a Smog Monster with holes in it for use as an Insense Dispenser, that way you can get that simulated "Poison Smog" effect when ya blaze a stick inside it. ;D
