I hope King Ghidorah gets decent neck articulation and not stationary necks like those cheap figures. I want to mimic the chocking scene before the mid-neck explosion.

Great review in fact because of it I bought a Godzilla this morning. The price is steep compared to the vinyls but the articulation kinda makes up for it. Its larger than I thought plus the lazy eye is funny but if you collect Japanese toys you need at least one Mazinger, Gundam, VF-1, and Godzilla IMHO

Its pretty good it has that solid feel and none of squishyness. But for all the joints articulation is kinda limited, just do to the basic character design and the effort to try and keep seams and joints from being to obvious. I haven't tried any extreme poses because I get resistance from the joints but maybe after awhile when the joints loosen up it will get easier to pose.

The Mechagodzilla has diecast waist and feet. Overall, I think the Godzilla and Mechagodzilla are nice figures, but not $50 & $70 nice. Their sculpt is great, but like I said before, it doesn't matter how many articulation points you build into these figures, they will never be able to strike dynamic action poses... it is the nature of their designs. }D

Oh... and Bandai really sucked hard with the mandatory neck swap on Mechagodzilla to put it in flying mode. It is hard as hell to swap and truly sucks! }\

ghidorah is one of my favorites. I can't think of a more impressive monster.
I wonder if Hedora will get made? I imagine if sales are steady then they could make all the monsters.

Oh how I would kill for a Hedorah to be made. Any of the Showa era monsters would make my day to be honest.
