Create and Vote on Your Own Action Figures

Hey guys,

I’m interested in creating a platform for action figure fans to create and collaborate on their own action figures, collectibles, and toys based on your original ideas. All designs would remain copyright of their creators.

You would also have the chance to design products based on your favorite sci-fi and fantasy properties with the consent and collaboration of the original author.

Sounds like fun. I was just thinking of starting a thread in the
BreakTime section titled something to that affect, if folks here could
make their own action-figures what would they be.
I gotta check this out, I have a couple of ideas inspired by
the Shaw Brothers' "Avenging Eagle" characters

Double-Blade Sword (Alexander Fu Sheng, R.I.P)


and Renegade Eagle (Ti Lung, the dude in black with
the Three-sectioned fighting staff)
.

I'll use Latex to make their outfits and shoes;
and some cut locks from my hair to make their wigs;
everything else will be resin (...and possibly metal,
for their weapons).
I'll brain this one out later. I'm in the beginning
of a custom project right now.

I visited the website, but didn't join up yet.
With so much going on in my spare time I don't
wanna overwhelm myself.

More websites dedicated to that hobby (design your
own action figure) are needed and welcome.
From what I understand, the action figure has to be
of one's own original design, and not something
that belongs to an existing franchise.
My Avenging Eagles characters are owned by Shaw Brothers,
therefore I can't use them (except to make my own custom
figures for my own consumption and entertainment)...
...but I Can get ideas from them to create my own characters
that have such cool accessories and heroic abilities.
Then of course, I'd just rather put all that energy towards
making an action figure of...

I would love to see a 1:6 Magengar figure. You should really look into it. Buy a cheap 1:6 body, find a head that is similar in shape, add hair and voila
