Not necessarily. They just didn't show anything at the Tokyo Toy Show. They barely showed anything that wasn't Kamen Rider or Gundam stuff, anyway.

bandai already did Daltanius and God sigma, so maybe after release God sigma they will probably show GX61 prototype in fall or winter...Actual product may be release march next year..

The clue was posted on several Asian (JP & Chinese) forums, but from what I found no one actually posted the scan from the magazine.
Anyway in a few hours we should have info from the new issues of Hobby Japan and Hobby Magazine, I hope there's something there...

I Think we still need to wait till July 16 for confirmation on anything, but it's possible they might show some silhouette of GX-61 on some magazine scan. For the sake of discussion here are the choices for robot union of 3 bodies that have yet to receive the soc treatment: Daioja SRX Albegas Shin Getter Robo Neo Getter Robo Gordian UFO Senshi Diapolon Gaiking the Great Now based on the poll a few years back (see pic attachment) Daioja no.1 tie with daltanias and SRX no. 5 has the best chances of being GX-61, but who knows, Gaiking the great no. 7 or Shin Getter Robot no. 10 might actually make it. I would love to see Diapolon or Albegas make it as GX-61 but Diapolon I believe is not that popular universally same for Albegas plus he might be a redundant release with Godsigma preceeding him. From the above poll list, SRX and Gaiking the great are the ones I want. Shin and neo Getter would have to have an amazing sculpt/gimmick for me to consider them. Of course unless they become super cheap on clearance or something. As for the rest on the list, I don't care for it. Honestly, albegas? I didn't like the design when I first saw it as a kid some 25 years ago, and to this day, I still find it unappealling.

If GX-61 is Daioja, we will have a robot which looks like the combination of Zambot 3 & Daitarn 3!!
Check at 4:29.

not making an srx now that it is still fresh from the anime would be a very dumb move by bandai.

agreed that the SRX makes the most sense with the up coming sales of the blu ray and dvd release of the anime and also the second SRW OG game for the PS3. I am not that big on the combined form of the SRX. If this is released as a SOC as a transforming combiner, I will most likely keep them as individual, after all, I find the individual R1, R2 and R3 looks pretty amazing.

since they didnt have anything at the Tokyo Toy show there will be a Tamashii Festival on the 16th and 17th of July They should atleast have an announcement now just right before the Release of GX-60 GodSigma.. or disappoint us again with no announcement of a new SOC tamashii.jp/special/t_fes/

I HIGHLY doubt GX-60 will be the last SOC ever, the past few SOC's have been hits and sold very well despite high costs. As long as the SOC line sells and is profitable Bandai will continue making them, it's also the main line in which Bandai showcases it's engineering expertise.

I would feel robbed if SOC ever ended anytime soon.
