I think CM's had the most. However, I don't think they were all in the Brave Gokin line. Quite a few were in the M.A.S. line thou. }D

Awesome! Tight, tight, TIGHT leg joints. It can probably support the Goldion Hammer easily without the assistance of a stand. Like I said, careful when opening the wings and locking them in place over the red wing tips. Hands attach and detach easily. Effects included are great! Very heavy SRC. Not very fond of the blue and silver colors used, but that's just me. Highly recommended!!! }D

One thing I wanted to mention about Amiami; They charged me 4,840 JPY for the EMS shipping of three GaoFighGars. However, their shipping invoice (included with EMS orders) says they actually paid 5,400 JPY for shipping. This is not the first time Amiami seems to have eaten some of the costs of EMS shipping. HLJ has done it as well on occassion. Just throwing that out there. }D

Great review SG, but it's "Hell and Heaven", not "Heaven and Hell". You're getting closer though. I thought it was Infierno y el Cielo (it's a link. click it)

LOL... Charles, seems like GaoFighGar was giving you a hard time there! Tomorrow I'll break out my Victory set and get the Goldion Hammer a try. }D

I did struggle a bit with GFG before and during the review.
One of the wings (right side facing front) was really tight and every time I pulled out the black piece, I worry abou breaking the green peg inside.
Hip joints are extremely tight so it's take a fair bit of effort to move the thighs up and down.
Head crest keeps falling off. LOL
Goldion Hammer needs a little patience to insert, as I don't want use too much force and risk breaking the elbow peg.
All in all, it is a great piece and for the benefit of all, I hope Bandai reissues the Key of Victory Set 1 (Goldion Hammer) =)

Since I knew I was going to be man-handling the GaoFighGar more than any other of my figures, I switched the plastic gold crest for the rubber one as soon as I took it out of the box. TBH, the crest on mine was actually pretty hard to pull off. Very tight. Now I don't worry about snapping anything off this bad boy! }D

Great review! My dream of getting all three Gai's from the dame maker is coming true! As QC ridden as they were, both CM'S M.A.S. line, as well as Yujin, released all the Gao mechanoids. You never got those??? }D

Okay, Goldion Hammer from the Victory Set 1 is definitely not compatible with GaoFighGar's elbow peg. I'm feed up with it falling off at the slightest touch, so I'm taking my dremel to it. We'll see how that turns out... Thank you Bandai for the extra work... }|

You can insert the peg in it, but it doesn't seem to reach the edge in order to secure in place.

Confirmed! GaoFighGar's elbow pegs are different from GaoGaiGar's. GaoFighGar's are a little thicker, and the split they have doesn't go as far back as the ones in GaoGaiGar's. That is why it does not catch the Goldion Hammer connection. I snapped in the Goldion Hammer arm into GaoGaiGar's elbow peg and it is super secure. You can even lift GaoGaiGar up from the Goldy Arm without it falling off. Not so much with GaoFighgar... Again, thank you Bandai. }D

Yeah, so nice of them... I mean, did nobody thought this at Bandai? Also, wouldn't it be cheaper to use the same peg size, instead of creating a mold for a different one? Sometimes I just can't understand them

I know other companies made all three but there's always been some issue QC, design, price etc. Its just nice knowing and having three well built and designed figures that don't cost a arm and leg.

I hear you. Unfortunately, I did purchase (multiples) of all the ones I mentioned. But hey, there was no Super Robot Chogokin line back then! Anyway, Goldion Hammer has been modified to accomodate GaoFighGar's elbow peg. And it is a tight fit! Now I'm happy! }D
