It is pretty clear to me that Miracle Productions basically used us as a Kickstarter without actually USING Kickstarter. Sigh Sure looks like it!

It would be interesting if someone here makes a Poll topic to find out how many pre-ordered, and how many canceled

Just to put things in perceptive here's how far we've come during the year.
Dec/Jan: Screens shots of the first Prototype are released and hype and speculation begins
Feb: Dave of toyfreakz makes the very first official announcement on the CDX show about the upcoming release. He also shows off an uncolored prototype. The release is set for May.
Mar: Mattel complains to WEP about MP releasing a voltron toy here in the U.S and pre-orders are pulled from major online retailer BBTS and toyfreakz.
Jul: After a long drought of info a new colored prototype is shown off along with accessories.
Aug: An official announcement from MP themselves is made and HK based retailers begin takings pre-orders.
Sept: The diecast parts are finally revealed. Dave appears on CDX again and says MP is shooting for a release of no later than Dec.
Dec: Delayed yet again to Feb.
I honestly don't know what to make of MP. They seemed like they knew what they were doing in the beginning but now almost a year later here we are with no figure. Nobody wants a rushed product with bad QC but, at the same time our expectations are going to be even higher. Meaning when we finally get our hands him we're going to be ALOT harder on MP for any QC issues since they took soooo much time supposedly trying to get things perfect as they can
This project I think was just way to ambitious for a small company that has only produced vinyl figures. Theirs plenty of classic non transforming robots they could have gotten started with and built themselves up.

If anything, MP needs to resculp the face so it'll be anime accurate... I mean how hard is that? Make the eyes bigger!!! Give it a fuller lips!!!
As of now, it looks like it sucked on a lemon with its' squinty eyes and puckered up mouth....WTH!
Voltrons are supposed to be handsomest robots, but look at MP's Voltron....wow

This would be obliterate all accountability about them if this ends up being anything less than stellar. I really want CDX to follow up with Dave and MP. Any news will do. We need updates.

I still dont think charging full price on a pre-order is right. thats why i stop all pre-order as i dont want my money get store in some unknown land til some unknown release date.
