wow that looks sick, all that is missing are his wings No Doublas doesnt have wings silly!but i see what ya mean!!since he has teh tail,wings would be cool. The Mazingers Im positive he'd make you a custom,just email him.The Belgas was reasonable,considering teh work involved. |

I'm not sure if that is the same guy (who made the Velgas)... or perhaps he may have changed his username? I'm breathless at that amazing work he's doing. That is very demanding work for someone who may not have the facility to mass produce them customs... the guy's been getting swamped with fan requests, so I don't blame him if he's at a distance to avoid getting overwhelmed. And besides, it's really a custom work by a fan... so, legally he cannot publicly mass produce them nor sell them since the characters are already owned by the original copyright holder (Go Nalga).  (just disguise the project in a tutu. lol) |

As for its height, I would presume it is just a hair taller
than the average SOC body (I'm not including the heads
and ornaments)... this one seems inspired by the
Doublas-M2/Garada-K7 SOC figures.
As for it's weight, probably lighter than an SOC, since
these are made from resin.
Resin rocks all the way, for making custom figs. ;D

Well, that particular version of the Garada-Doublas mecha that appeared in Shin Mazinger didn't have wings, but the one that appeared in the Mazinkaiser OVAs did. As a matter of fact, Great Mazinger cut one of the off with it's Great Boomerang attack. ;D magengar, since I don't kow who the creator of this Garada-Doublas is, can you contact him/her for me and find out if in fact there is a chance I can get one made for me? It will be easier that way I think.. }D |

True. This should inspire us who are into customs to start making our own villain renditions, since the toy companies mostly make the hero robots... that way we'll have villains for our robots to complete or fulfill the diorama setting. It's just a matter of creative initiatives. zozo-mag |

I wish MY teeth were as good-looking as Doublas's and Maxx's. ;D
(the price I pay for years of sweets and candy during my childhood...
