Great news! I'm a fan of the 1st and 2nd Superman movies. I haven't taken the plunge into collecting Hot Toys figures but this may be the one to push me into these high end collectible figures.

As a owner of some of the more recent hot toys, (T-800 from T1 and T2, Bruce Lee) hot toys likes to put the head on a ball joint that connects to the neck, which connects to a hidden joint in the neck. In other words, where ever you move the head the neck can move with it to give a more natural look to the pose.

I am getting this one! Can't wait also for Batman '89. To me, Reeve is the only Superman. Keaton is the only Batman. Ferrigno is the only Hulk, Lundgren is the only He-Man and Moore is the only 007 (which I hope Hot Toys would make 'em).

There is a lot of criticism about the sculpt . This was posted over at sgcollect as a wish for better sculpting of Reeves . Left is current look and right is the photo shopped version

There is a lot of criticism about the sculpt . This was posted over at sgcollect as a wish for better sculpting of Reeves . Left is current look and right is the photo shopped version BAM, thats what it needs to look like, I honestly went nuts when I found out about its future release but when I saw the sculpt, it was enough to keep me from pursuing this especially at that price. That simple redo of the sculpt would totally change my mind. That pic needs to be sent to Hot Toys so that they can reconsider the sculpt if they havent already advanced it into the production stages yet.

The sculpt shown in the Right pic looks Muuuch better. The one on the left looks like he'd lost weight depressingly, and his eyes are crossed. Thanks for bringin that up... As I stated earlier, it's a good memorial rendition of him; but the pic on the Right showing the photo-shopped sculpt does him Perfect justice. Hot Toys needs to get a hold of those comparison pics ASAP as in Pronto as in Right NOW. zozo-mag
