yes, pretty cool. I guess it is because a new CG movie that suppose to come out at 2012. But I am more interested in the Metal Gear Solid license they have.  |

Hot Toys isn't going to do figures based on fanfilms, mate.
It's from Toei's all-CGI animated movie Space Pirate Captain Harlock, coming in 2012. Does that mean we'll have to wait until 2012 before we can get our hands on those figures? I hope not.

Dude, it's going to be an expensive year... Nicholson Joker, Keaton Batman, Captian Harlock, Iron Man Mk 5, Captain America, and Solid Snake (not Naked or Old Snake, SOLID Snake) are going to be MUST GETS!! Also, add that to the Max Gokin BIG O.... man, too much...

excited to see this, w/ the sexy Queen Emeraldas, I don't know if Emeraldas will be in it. I sure hope so; she has to. But I'm pretty sure the girl in red in the trailer is Kei Yuki, one of Harlock's top officers. |

I had a meeting at Toei Animation EU headquarter last week : I watched a clip from the Harlock movie...
It's too much "Final Fantasy like". Rendered pictures and animation (motion capture) make this movie disapointing too me.
Will wait final version...
