having the MT01, MT01DX and MT01 anime color, I used 1 MT01 to make a custom chrome version, very easy, and not expensive at all, using silver/aluminium tape, surely it can be made with SRC Mazingers... still thinking about the blades...     |

Now THAT looks really good! It literally shines with consistency. Nice job on it, bro.  Makes me wonder: if Bandai can add chrome to the limbs of their SOCs, then why not just finish the chrome job on all the metallic parts as well? And vice-versa with the Metallic paint? (I'm more inclined to the metallic finish than the chrome... and I'd just use the chrome as "half-edged accents" for swords, fangs, horns, and other bladed weapons accessories). zozo-mag |

I did that once with my GX-01R, but never grew fond of it. It doesn't look bad when it is done right, but deep inside I still could not get over that it was just tape. So I eventually took it off and painted the areas white. ;D
