hi the rock missle launcher is called ZZ-6 .you can usually find them on ebay or YJP. As for the missles they look the same but are actually bigger than the Liger missles so they dont fit the fist firing mechanism. the liger missles pop up on YJP from time to time as well as I saw one just recently on ebay hope this helps  |

1oldrobot, i was suspecting that the missiles should be same for some other robots, hopefully getter liger's JM is the same missile, it makes economic sense. Do you know what the rockfist weapon pack is called? I think is some XX-numbers right...if you can tell me , it will save me sometime to look for Mr Google...lol ;D The rockfist weapon missiles can not be use for the liger's JM. I bought that missiles but can't fit the liger's flower hand. The orginal liger's missiles is smaller. |

I was going to answer but seems that you guys have been faster Here's a pict I've done a long time ago to compare them, I was thinking that they where the same as the economic reason was obvious but it turned out that economic reason back then wasn't a good argument. On this pict I've try to match the head size of both missiles, I don't have the ZZ accessory so I've take a pict of Lyger's missile an d put it on top of a pict from an auction. As you can see, if the head match, it seems that the body of the missile is longer on Lyger's version, but like you guys say, maybe it's just the Lyger missile who's smaller  |

Hi all,
thanks for all the info and pms that I receive regarding this. It seems like they never really consider that same missiles can be used for multi toys for economic reasons back then, which I heard from some of my friends that the downfall of JMs back then is because of running into $$ problem due to logistics etc that they stopped production. (maybe)
But I am going to buy a few ZZ-6 for the fun of it, seems like 1oldrobot is enjoying this monster fists... I have the idea of fixing 2x ZZ-6 fist onto both my mazinger left and right...i am scared that the mazinger might not even stand LOL....ZZ-6 HERE I COME!!!

He shortened the shooting insert of the fists I sent to Rodman. The inserts I had, were intended for GaiKing/Daimos for fit.

Here is the latest update on my collection:
Received my Poseidon and Combattler V today. Combattler needs a right shoulder red yo-yo and the blue tank. He has the claw arm but not the shooting arm, so I figure that when I get a few extra bucks, I'll hit Bourno up for some repro magic. I already purchased repro stickers from Kitsir and only had to use a few.
Poseidon is missing one of his yellow missiles that I will need repro'd. He also needed new stickers which I purchased a while back from Kitsir. The only problem is that the stickers didn't come witht the blue triangle stickers that sit on his torso. I don't know if this was a mistake or the factory doesn't make them. Either way, I'll be contacting Kitsir about the missing yellow missile and will ask him about the blue stickers then.
I was able to reapply the loose stickers on Battle Fever J using the glue stick that Kingboy D recommended....Thanks to him and to all for the suggestions.
I sold my Taiwanese D-17 Jumbo this week on E-Bay to make room for another Jumbo. I kind of regret it, since he was a really nice piece. I guess I'll just have to find another one or spend some more $$ and get a Popy version, although I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on a Popy D-17 when there are so many others that I want to acquire before that one.
As you can see from this pic, my Mattel Daimos and Godzilla have been evicted from their Detolf cases in order to make room for their Popy brethren. I think I'm going to buy 2 or 3 more Detolfs and place them against the opposite wall where there is more room (the current wall has a set of French Doors that is preventing me from adding anymore to that side of the room).
Oh well, I've babbled enough. Thanks again for the help, tips and comments.

It has been a quickly growing collection but remember that I bought all the Shogun Warriors at one time from a collector who was selling his entire collection. He had an amazing collection of Shoguns on E-Bay. I just happened to live close and drove to his house and bought them in person. He actually had the Jumbo Daiku Maryu, but at the time I wasn't into the Popy Machinders yet. I regret not buying it because he was giving me a great deal on the Shogun Jumbos.
My focus now is on Getter Liger and if I ever come across a Voltes V or Godsigma, I will try my best to win the auction.

Yes, that is the one!! I don't recall how much he wanted, but I think it was at least $4000 but it could've been more. He might've sold it on E-Bay sometime last year. I just checked his E-Bay account and it appears he's no longer a registered user. He had a bunch of die-cast shoguns, yamato starblazer stuff and of course, Jumbos. He had a few more Popy Jumbos that he sold before I got to his house. He had these items for many years, back when getting your hands on these things wasn't quite as difficult. I don't have any more information on the Daiku, sorry. I doubt that I'll ever see him again, but if I ever do, I will surely get the answers for you.
