I think I am more excited for this than prime. I never cared much for the character, but I always loved his design.

 The head splitting in 2 parts wil definitly kill the "panther mode" if it's not sharp on edges and connect perfectly when closing them together... Panels on "biceps" are awfull. It disapears when standing with legs straight anf aligned but this is a panther !!! Nedd to have wild and fierce poses !  Frenzumble is a little bit bulky on torso... |

Yeah but what can you do they transform into tapes and are only a couple inches tall. I'm eagerly awaiting to see who's next after the tapes, they need to keep going while the fires hot and not take so long between releases like they used too.

Why judge from those pics when weve already seen painted figures that look good? lol im confused. Like he said these are thin tapes that are small and transform so you cant have a perfect mold on these. i think this release is going to be one of my all time favorites. I just want a sweet Ratbat tape.... thats what i'm wishing for.

this is the BEST G1 SOundwave of all, a truly Masterpiece! must have! how much will be the cost of this?
what happened to the 3rd party Soundwave? does it backed out already because of this AUTHENTIC MP Soundwave?! lol....
does it have some Die cast parts? i hope the feet is just like the G1 soundwave. but even w/out die cast this is really an awesome TF!
if Hasbro will release their own, maybe the visor will be YELLOW color...

Price is around $150 and up depending where you go. I don't see any diecast being used or at the most very little. Not sure if or when the Hasbro version will come out but honestly either make it a wide release or a web exclusive. The whole Prime deal was a major cluster frak.

It got pushed back to next month which is why MP-14 was released before MP-13.

Yeah I know, he has always been one of my favorite Transformers ever. A little story. I remember when this line first came out, everything seemed so new and innovative and these toys were what everybody wanted. I was at a Chinese restaurant with my family in downtown Toronto eating Peking Duck when the boy at the table next to me pulled out a G1 Soundwave and put it on the table. I couldn't keep my eyes off it, it just seemed like magic how a cassette player could turn into a cool robot?  Suffice it to say I got my hand slapped with a pair of chopsticks for staring at that boy and not focusing on eating. But for those who remember that time, the sheer wonderment of transforming robots was so new and exciting. It seemed like there was a explosion of transforming toys and I doubt we'll ever see a phenomenon like that again. |

I think shipping at RK is top notch. I live in Canada and sometimes I order on monday and get my stuff on thursday or friday of the same week. Good packaging too have never had a damaged box or product. I've ordered ALL of my TFs and Third Party toys from them.
