Has anyone used OOMOO® 25 & 30? I am looking at making some silicone rubber molds for making some robot parts ans I was wondering if anyone had used this brand.

I pretty much use the Smooth-On brand products for molds and resins. I have used Oomoo30 previously and is a nice silicone for pouring, mixing, and general usage. It doesn't have a good tear strength, so depends on what you plan on molding. If the part would separate pretty easy, then should be fine. I have a harken mold that I used the Oomoo with and a few other 1st molds that I made a nicer, final mold after cleaning up a first copy.
This mold material is best suited for clean, easy separation and without any deep undercuts. The air needs to float to the top surface, if you have large undertow, then air bubbles will trap underneath.
I like Sorta-Clear 40, but needs to be weighed out, vacuumed to help get out the air bubbles, is more expensive, but can take pretty good abuse for tugging and pulling apart if necessary.
