A lot of us out here in the Jumbo forum have Machinders that other collectors want. That being the case, I thought maybe we could try to start a Jumbo bartering forum. Since I started the thread I'll begin;
I have a mint Popy Grendizer that I would love to trade for a mint Battle Fever J or Voltes or Godsigma (they don't have to be mint but should be in decent shape). I would also being willing to put some cash into the trade to make it more enticing.
What Jumbo would you be willing to trade in order to get another Jumbo that you've wanted?

Wish I had extras...sadly anything I traded away would only be something I would feel the need to track down again LOL Though if you ever decide to outright sell the Leopardon or the Tetsujin feel free to shoot me a PM with how much you'd want and I'll see if it's withing the acceptible "the wife will hurt me" threshhold  |

Dragonclaw, I don't have any extra jumbos either. With trading it all boils down to desire. I don't want to trade anything from my collection but if someone has something that I want more than something I already own, then I would seriously consider the trade.
Plus, it also depends on how easily I could re-acquire the Jumbo. For instance, I think it would be easier for me to find another Tetsujin-28 than it would be to find another Leopaldon. Using that logic, I would be more willing to trade my T-28 before I'd trade my Leo......but a Godsigma or Battle Fever J might make me trade both of them!

Kitsir, that's a nice jumbo.........Do you have any interest in the Mattel Shogun Warrior Jumbo Machinders, including Goldorak & Godzilla?

I think trading jumbos would more likely be useful for newer people and/or with the more common Mattel versions. Like me have some extra Raydeens and would like to exchange for a mattel Dragun or some other more common jumbo. I know some guys do a have multiples of popy versions, but may be more rare for that.
A good place to show what someone does have to trade and what they are looking to try and get.

Figured I'd bump this thread to see if anyone has any renewed interest in trading seeing that X-Mas time can be a very expensive time of year when we can't spend all of our money on ourselves!
I'm looking for Popy Jumbos but this thread is for all members so feel free to throw out what you got for jumbos, Popy & otherwise!

Am sure many have already seen the Godmars up for sale. Gotta love a seller with a huge feedback of only 1 though and that was as a buyer.

Yep seems like all the good stuff comes with a seller with no feedback and they choose to put up a high price item. I often pass but this one is tempting.

A recent impulse buy which I'd like to trade for Jumbos. A vintage 1970s 14" tall Daitarn 3 mint in shelf wear box by ALES Italy, Battery operated and works fine, he walks and lights up at his chest area. Officially licensed shown on box Nippon Sunrise Tokyo. Do PM me your trade offers. Thanks!   |

Has anyone traded b4 in this thread? I haven't got a single PM.. Lol. I'm not asking for the super rare JMs. I'm open to offers, maybe a good cond. LJN Voltron, KO Gorg or even Disco D17. I just need em Jumbo sized!

I think you would get more responses if you were offering a jumbo in trade. This thread was designed for Jumbo exchanges/deals. I think anything offered for trade other than a Jumbo wouldn't receive much attention in this forum.

Hi rodman, I guess you are right. I was just thinking the Daitarn 3 would appear to jumbo collectors too since he's kinda big. I'll go try in the sale thread instead.
