I did a lot of cleaning up on this one. The previous owner super-glued the old decals onto the JM and formed a clear hard crust.

yeah, it looked like it was just on one side of the waist..how did you do it? No, the whole waist was superglued with gobs of it on one side. Portions of the remaining old decals had it too. Whatever was peeling he definitely superglued it. Haha! Now as far as how I did it. There was really nothing special that I did, guys. Like I mentioned, I used a lot of elbow grease. I took my brand new super sharp Benchmade knife and started slowly, gently scraping all the super glue residue. It took time but that's all it took. I may have had some very minor scuffs in there but I knew it will be covered by the new decals ;D The super glue never penetrated the plastic which is good news.

I wonder why he used superglue? Maybe he had never heard of spray adhesive? ha The part that I could see looked ancient though.. could have been done by the kid who bought it I guess.
