That is a pretty badass stop motion commercial. What many of us TF collectors had dreamt for years, having the 'perfect' incarnation of these Autobots all lined up in display, ready to "roll out"! Is that an official Takara Tomy commercial? Doesn't look fan-made since its on Takara Tomy's official channel.

That's what I thought as well. I hope Takara makes similar videos for every future MP Transformers they plan to release. Star Saber's video will definitely be epic!!

I just picked up um at toy arena in LA. Not sure I will open it before going to Stl but I am excited to have it after seeing that stop motion.

So the place I bought mp22 gave me the case box. Just an interesting note, they come in a case of 2 and the box is labeled hasbro toys just like the cases of toys you see them sell to the states.

I do wish there was paint on the shins like the toy stickers. Head looks better in person. Biggest gripe is the sprue cuts on the forearms. I might match some paint and touch those up.

Transformation is quite impressive. The whole cab thing is well done, though the but flap could had been avoided with some additional engineering. My only gripe about the bot mode, is his bulk will make him tricky for a wide variety of poses. Think of it as a transforming statue that can change its stance and aim at stuff.
