I gotta say I am so stoked for this. (Did I really just say stoked?) As previously said, great to see another toy in the SOC line. I like the proportions (never liked the Yamato for that reason), although I think the head can still be a little bigger. And personally, I am glad it will not be too tall, because that means that it might actually be affordable!!!!
I don't see a split on the chest piece. On the vintage, that opens for the fold down landing gear. Does this mean there will be parts swapping for that piece?

Do you guys think his size will be like Combattler's or Voltes V's or a tad smaller like Daimos? I was hoping he'd be the same size as the Yamato, but as long as he's not 7" like the CM Goshogun or anything, I'm fine.

Does this mean there will be parts swapping for that piece? maybe the split is there but it is alittle hard to see, on the side of the black chest part i see what looks like a very small grey hinge, there is a possibility you get 2 red chest pieces one solid for display and one that is in 2 parts for the left and right side of the chest for the transformation |
