nice figure, nice transformation, by watching optimus review, Danguard is mostly plastic. I love my gokins to be mostly metal for the top buck im paying. Should I buy this guy or get and older chogokin that im missing with much greater metal content? Hehe, optimusprimesg might have missed a few details in his review regarding Danguard's diecast content You can check out the actual metal content below, posted by kento74 on page 22:

New group shot, tried to throw in a figure from most companies, left Toynami out for obvious reasons lol. Hi what version of Jeeg in the pic? looks tiny! It's from Evolution toys, it's part of their "S" line. It actually looks pretty good with SRC's.

Real easy way to know is just stick it the fridge for 5-10 minutes then feel around you will be able to tell what's metal and what's real easy, much better then trying to feel around or put your lips to it.

Hehe, I suggest you put the toy inside an airtight bag first before shoving it inside the fridge, the moisture inside might cause all the screws and springs to rust

Looks great an all, but the only thing I wish Bandai would've done for the SOC line is.......'VINTAGE RIGID POSE MODE' !!! Yes, I love them and all...but why can't they be posed so that all the lines are straight.I know, they are supposed to be modern renditions of vintage ones. But..I still prefer my Popy versions over those. You cannot beat that 70's robot charm.... Still, it's on its way to my shelves....

Vintage Danguard approves of the SOC Danguard. Wow... just... wow! Awesome collection! Nice Chen! Sounds like you're playing and typing at the same time. =) Yup here;s some super quick pics. Force Five. Shogun Warriors. Quick size comparison with a SRC. New group shot, tried to throw in a figure from most companies, left Toynami out for obvious reasons lol. Oh Wow..... Thanks for the gorgeous pictures, Chen! Great work! I'm surprised at how thin the box is. Great review OptimusPrimeSG. Congrats to everyone who managed to get theirs. Gold

Best SOC to date. Wonderful design and feel thank you Bandai Ive waited since Great Mazinger GX-02 but you made it worth the wait and maybe the time and numerous other SOCs gave insight on the making of this fine piece ...

I'm still fiddling with mine, it amazes me just how much engineering is packed in such a relatively small figure. When you consider what it does and and how well it all actually works it's wonderful. I know toys twice the size that don't have half the thought put into it and fail.
