Here is the pre order listing for the unique toy version of Predaking. www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=UQT10000&mode=retailBoth are price similarly to TFC combiners, but the Mastermind Creation version is currently being offer at $20-$25 discount. Price will go back up on 1/25/13. Purely out is speculation, these will be similar in size compared to TFC Devastator and Superion. The description on the MC version list the figure at 7 inches or so, with a total wing span of 18 inches. Want it but can't afford either one. And like with the rest of these 3rd party item, especially combiners, I will not buy them until the whole set is out. Gift set are usually cheaper and the lesson I've learned from buying TFC Devastator is that these thing will alway be cheaper on the secondary market vs original retail. The way these guys battle, it will not be long till these 3rd party all go belly up. |

Cool thanks for the info! Yeah it's kinda like having to many options, all these companies making the same figure in different sizes kinda makes it hard to choose. Trying to have combiners in a uniform size pretty much means you pick one company and stick with it and hope another company makes something the same size. Right now TFC seems to be in the lead with two combiners coming out while everyone else is stuck at one.

Technically, FP has two done and is working on the third. FP add ons for Bruticus and Superion under their x-fire line if you count those and they are working on a Stunticon.

Have they posted anymore pics of the UT version of a partial combined form? I'm kinda liking their design a bit better..both look really awesome though.

Yeah I guess you could add the Bruticus and Superion add-on sets, but I meant ground up designs. I got a feeling Menasor will be the smallest of these new combiners which is too bad since it and Defensor are my favorites.

Posted this in another thread but I should post it here. The individual limb bots will be around 7.5" while Razorclaw will be larger. As of right now this will be the only 3rd party combiner which is somewhat MP scale with maybe Hercules and Uranos.

Hercules is around 12" tall, or 21 cm. The mastermind Predaking wil be around 16" tall. 4 inches is a lot and will tower over TFC Devastator.

32cm equals 12.6" so they will be around the same size with Predaking being taller if you count the kibble.

Haha, the ruler must have been playing tricks on me. Could of sworn I saw twenty cm at the end of the ruler. But yeah, both are around the same size. There is also rumor of a six member. Not needed to form Predaking but they said it would make Predaking better with this new member.

Yup, R-02 is the first piece followed by R-03, R-04, and so on. R-01 was their Sixshot design.
