You sure? I got a e-mail saying it got delayed so I checked the "combine orders by month" section of my account and checked under the date 2013/8 and it was there. I am sure. I had it in my monthly combine before. After I email them to ask for that 'perorder', I was asked for any record for this per-order. Then I send them the confirmation mail that they me on April. All they reply was that they don't send this product outside Japan - that is it. I didn't try to ask for further answer, it is just a toy and HLJ is still opening for per-order. However that is something really wrong about it. I have had ordered a few more 'per-order' after this DAISHOGUN order, I wonder their system mess up somehow! And they don't even offer an apology.

I would send them an email back telling them that you are pretty upset with them breaking their promise to honor the pre-orders made before it was removed. Even if you don't want to get it from them, you should let them know that they screwed up a loyal customer.

Full email as below: Hi again, X. We checked the item and it turns out that due to circumstances out of our control, the item is unfortunately no longer available for international sale at our store. We apologize for the inconvenience.Thank you for shopping at AmiAmi. Sincerely,AmiAmiI guess I don't feel too upset because I can easily order one through HLJ. However, their system cancelled my order without send me any notice, that is alarming! Getting ONE more 'Daishogun' for a loyal international customer can't be that hard, can it?! More important, not able to explain why they can ship small amount of this item to another customers outside Japan.

Yeah, it is bogus. How about at least a 10% discount included with the apology then. I've been using Amiami less and less in the past months, and this is something I'll remember next time I'm placing an order. Can you imagine if Amiami just decides that they are not going to ship the Ankoku Daishogun outside Japan at all, and all the folks who ordered it from them and were assured their orders would be honored ended up with nothing?! After what they did to you, I wouldn't place much trust in them. }|

Send them an email. They are pretty good at working with customers. They have improved their customer service a lot! What I meant was that Angolz always marks my packages as gift and give them a low value. I don't like that because if something does happen to the item inside, the Post Office will only cover up to the declared value. So I always have to remind them to list the TRUE and FULL Value of the merchandise. }D I wasn't able to reach 'im for some reason, so, I ordered it [€179 EUR] from modelworld-shop.comA nice guy called Stefano. This piece is really wicked! An enemy for Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Mazinkaiser and... in fact, all the super robots from... The Baron Ashura and Dr. Hell gashapons are surly so nice to have too! Wicked piece.

Love the chest face sculpt, but hate the "Arnold" muscular look on the body. Ankoku Daishogun did not have muscles in the 1970's Great Mazinger series. }|

Id say dont order from HLJ they have been very slow,oh and BTW Nisson Yippon for me sucks.Ordered my second Danguard last wed.from them they promised yesterday in an email to ship today,NO EMS tracking this morning,first and LAST time I order anything from them,I paid for Daishogun at AMIAMi the day after I ordered from NY and guess what its here in my state already,maybe everyoen else had good results from NY but i think they stink.

HLJ sent me the invoice email earlier today for Ankoku which is not bad, but don't let me start on NY...they SUCK. I ordered GX62 Danguard and SRC Grendy on Thursday (1st time with them) and I still didn't hear anything from them. I just sent them an email to let them know how unpleasant this experience has been.

Same here paid wednesday,I listened to everyone here on how good they are,I should have known better and trusted my usual places.Im sure they had good experiences as they said,but I had a feeling...5 or 6 days for me isnt agood business,maybe for other people but Im used to same day or next day shipping ALWAYS had that with Anime Export and never more than 2 days with AmiAmi. If they dont ship today im not only demanding a refund but reporting their service to Paypal,and giving them a negative review wherever possible.
