Charles, I sent you an email on YouTube on 3/24/13 about sending you my DX resin sword I got on eBay a while back. I guess you might have missed the message.
Anyhow, the boys on RJ will be sending you a better copy than mine. Mine was full of pock holes and air bubbles and needed work before being recasted.

Couldn't we also send in a wax casting of the part we need copied and it work? It sounds like the cast process is more or less the same as how jewelers and metal smiths do it.

I'd be willing to donate a sword from the Miracle Voltron when I get one, I'm pretty sure it will be smaller then the old DX one. Cool. I love that you can do this. I'll donate if needed and buy when it's ready. How's the Dairugger sword? And how long after you get the MP sword do you think it would take? |

Too much work for a small run for it to be feasible, a good run would be 200+ but not sure what the price would be and if there would even be a demand that high for it. well have to see |

I really would have liked a either a plastic vac-metallized or die-cast Dairugger sword for my DX Matchbox Voltron. I can't find the version that came with the later DX VV on Ebay and I have been looking for months. You can get Masterpiece Lion Voltron swords, but VV swords are a rare breed and the MP Voltron swords will be too short for the classic version.

Whatever happened with this project? I would have liked a Matchbox Vehicle Voltron DX scaled sword in diecast. I have been looking on ebay the past year and have never seen the version that came with the LSA Voltron knockoff pop up for sale....
