.......whatever other material ideas I find at Youtube!
1... I'll have to follow this guy's website to see how he
made his Ironman suit! xrobots.co.uk
Subscribe to his youtube channel to see the whole
Ironman suit project.
-------------------
Right now I'm under sensory-overload after watching all
these videotorials, my mind is racing so much my
head feels like exploding any moment now,
therefore I cannot answer any questions nor explain
stuff in detail at this moment; I'm blown away just
learning ideas for projects that seem impossible
to achieve!
More cool stuff below....
-------------------
2... Resin coating Styrofoam props...
...this reminds me somewhat of roto-casting,
except we're coating the exterior of a
Styrofoam object.
If you can sculpt Styrofoam to build custom "Jumbos"
and miniature "statues", you NEED this technique!
Here's the website where you can find the EZ-Flo resin
in various level types...
www.shop.brickintheyard.com/EasyFlo-Series_c23.htm
3... Props made with Styrofoam...
...Imagine all the insane "futuristic" props and dioramas
you can make with those weird molded Styrofoam trays
and blocks used for packing appliances and electronics!
-------------------
4... How to build a table-top Foam Cutter...
...the cutting wire is a piece of Nichrome, which heats up
really quick.
The train transformer box is good for regulating the voltage.
The tighter the wire = the cleaner and faster the cuts;
but you don't wanna rig the wire TOO tight.
Alternative cutting wires which you can use are either of
the high three electric guitar strings (high E6, B5, and G4)
and you can find them cheap at any guitar store, or perhaps
you know some musician friends who can give you their
old used guitar strings.
--------------------
5...
PROBLEM:
You wanna snap a "Toys In Action" pic on Mount Everest,
but it's too cold there and you might Never climb it in
your lifetime. now That really SUCKS!
SOLUTION:
Build Mount Everest inside your home. now That's really Cool!
...No Godzilla nor robot figures should be without This!
--------------------
6...

hotwirefoamfactory.com/customer/gallery/prop_chasertag.htm
--------------------
8...

...study this video, it's step-by-step detail madness!
He may have other similar projects, so go ahead and
subscribe to his youtube channel.
--------------------

10...
I WANT THESE CLAWS! I WANT THESE CLAWS!
I WANT THESE CLAAAAAAAAAAWS!!!
...BUT, I'll use thin light-weight plastic cut from
the lids of plastic fish tubs!
---------------------
11...
Do you ride your bike at night?
(Bicycle, motorcycle, scooter, mini-haha,
all the same: a ride on two wheels. lol)
If SO, you need This...
...Damn, this type of flexible foam is pretty popular,
and is Excellent for all sorts of projects!
Harbor Freight sells them in packs of four...
www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-anti-fatigue-foam-mat-set-94635.html
I also like the idea of attaching an Exacto knife
to a heated cutting tool, for cutting dense materials
such as this rubber foam.

You Gundam fans would love this.
I'd like to build the skeleton, and attach Mazinger armor to it!
=============================
15... CREATE YOUR OWN "CARBON-FIBER" LOOK on dipped surfaces
with Plasti-Dip spray products!
...I sanded down my 17" HP zd7000 laptop last year, and it's still in its
raw "bald" factory-gray plastic surface... wondering what I'd like to paint
on it or whatever... like a Mazinger-Z vinyl decal.
But first, I'd like to try this, and then place the Mazinger-Z decal on it
and then seal the whole thing with the Plasti-Dip Glossifier.
This tip iz da Bomb!
=============================================
16... HOW TO PLASTI-DIP SOFT FOAM
...If the Plasti-Dip can work on this gun case soft foam, it will work
on rigid Great Stuff insulation foam sculptures for that "vinyl" look,
neoprene rubber, EVA foam, Teflon, and cloth as well.
Just remember to apply thin coats so that the Plasti-Dip acids do not
attack and dissolve the foam material.
-----------------------------------------------------
17... DIY HOME-MADE ROTATION CASTING MACHINE
For those of you looking to cast hollow parts...
He built the rotation machine frames with wood, gears, bearings,
and what looks like a bicycle chain... an ordinary electric drill is attached
to it, to do the turning, at slow speed, as the resin is curing.
