Thank you all. @ Derik : I am in mecha design industry now (movie, cartoon, toys...). It´s a long road but a good move for my future. I got some really cool projects I allready worked on, but still under financial step (that means I can't tell, I can't show). Hope I can make you discover asap what´s going on. This year I will open the online show-room for my studio "Made in Mecha" : new pros joined my team. Stay tuned Btw, I will come back this weekend and turn this thread in a "come-on-board-and-ask-for-a-unique-avatar" thread. That really cool! Can't wait to see what it is. I went to school for two years nights for multimedia, photoshop, illustrator, in design, dream weaver etc. The economy fell apart as I got done and now you pretty much have to sell your soul to work in the industry with a job that has insurance benefits. I've been freelancing since I graduated, waiting for the economy to come back. The learning curve on the creative suites is pinned in the red zone due to adobes frustrating habits of changing up where certain tools and commands are with each new suite. I'm so glad lynda dot com is around. Anyway Would love to get a Godzilla avatar |

How about using all of these robot head avatars to make a cool "Space Invaders" downloadable flash game to play offline... Chose your favorite robot head to fight against invading kaijus! ( sample pic...)  ================================ To get an idea of making a "Space Invaders" game, try this freebie as reference... "Photo Invaders"... a Space Invaders styled gameinfo here... willicommer.de/PhotoInvaders/info.htmDownload from here... willicommer.de/PhotoInvaders/download.htm(Attention XP users) ...although Photo Invaders is designed for Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, and Me, you can install it and right-click the .exe file's Properties, and go to the Compatibility tab and select to run the game in compatibility with Windows 95 and use minimal screen resolution such as 640x480. Hope this helps. And, again, this game can be used as a reference to creating a similar styled game for these robot head avatars. Have fun! zozo-mag |
