My guess is that pandemic affected their payment to their vendors and they are suffering cuts in their orders from them. They may be trying to recover but being unable to fulfill orders and bad client service is destroying them.

For items that don't sell out in seconds with crazy high demand, they are pretty good and notify you when things are ready to ship. Its when you happen to order one of those hot items that so happen they over sold what they actually have, then you have to jump some hoops before you can get your ticket responded. Some folks will give up at this point, or don't like the idea of getting store credit instead of cash refund. Others if more patient, might get the issue resolved after a couple more tries. Your mileage varies.

Daban recently came out with a MB-styled QanT kit. I don't know if anyone else is like me and has spent years bemoaning the loss of effect parts (mine crumbled to pieces), but the parts from the Daban kit are compatible with the official MB with just a little bit of a tight fit in places: I have the clear ring just sitting there until I bust out my drill to make a fitting in my Yetistand, but trust me it all fits great!

Got my Freedom Concept 2 from Nate's shop today, it is awesome and beautiful, definitely worth the wait! I should be getting 00 Raiser Designer's Blue later this week too. My Gold Frame Hana is stuck in Japan still though...
My Metal Build collection is pretty well set, just waiting on the new releases. Hope we get Justice or Ryujinmaru in May.

Curious what people were doing about their orders from NY that they never received? I have 3 or 4 things stuck because they want me to upgrade the shipping with some inflated shipping prices. Recently, they sent me an email for the new Robot Spirits EVA-01, asking if I would like to upgrade the shipping otherwise they will ship via Surface Mail (by boat). The email told me to open a ticket with specific subject title, so I do so, asking if I could combine some orders together if they are going to send Surface Mail (I rather they combine my stuck orders into a bigger box to avoid damages and send everything together). They never responded. Couple days later I get notification that the Robot Spirits (1 small item) went by Surface Mail. I check my ticket and it was closed. Their communication sucks.

I don't know why each time I asked him, he told me he would ship it tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes as if I need a freaking superhero who can lift the shipment curse or what. Why can't we keep it professional? If I were you, I would keep on it until you either get a refund or get your item. I know that the delay started due to Nate's wife dying, so him delaying shipping out orders for a bit was understandable at the time. But that was like two months ago. If he hadn't sent out any orders by now or at least communicated to buyers what's up, then that's unprofessional and legitimately worrying.

I've read of somebody receiving their MB Freedom Concept 2.0 though. Grieving and taking care of matters for deceased love one takes time so 2 months might be short. Also, it was noted that he has a serious health condition so take it for what it is.

Thank guys for the elaboration. Honestly I was debating whether I should press on, or hold back. I know my need is justified but the loss of a loved one has a strong impact on our life. I know he has to shoulder a business while I'm not. I mean at worst I lose 200 bucks, while at worst he would lose his reputation because people keep referencing my comment whenever they buy from him. Maybe my hesitation was the reason why I took two months to get the message delivered.
Well, today I got his PM, so I hope our issue can be solved now. Hope the customs don't hold back my Freedom just because of Covid. At least it's fair where I live: as long as I pay customs, my delivery is guaranteed LOL.
