Is there any word on if we will ever get a metal build Qan? I'd really like to complete my 00 trifecta.

Yeah, really excited for this. I wonder if we'll see a regular schedule of 2 SoC's and 2 MB's a year with intermittent Metal Composites and Tamashii Specs in between? I think that'd be a good mix up of high end Super and Real Robot figures.

"Maga no Ikutachi" Energy Absorption Claw: These "claws" can drain energy from the batteries of enemy mobile suits through the use of colloid technology, weakening them while at the same time recharging Gold Frame Amatsu's own battery. (From Gundam Wikia).
The original gold frame amatsu (piloted by Ronda Gina Sahaku) appears in the Kidou Senshi Gundam Seed X Astray manga and appeared in the PS2 game Gundam Seed Destiny Never Ending Tomorrow and the Astray gold frame amatsu Mina custom PS3 game Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme Vs. Full Boost (among others).
Any open pre-orders yet?

Pre Orders will be up on 02/02/15. Really excited for this release, price will be 22000 yen, pretty pricey but I haven't been disappointed with this line yet. I'm hoping we get another non-Gundam release soon!

Ouch! The price!! I hope the next one will be a red frame with a big gerbera straight! Yes that would be nice!! The gold frame looks like it has too much going on with it. That being said I might get it just because I'm sick like that.

Red frame would be very welcome to my collection. Also, I know we've gotten a lot of Exia's already but, I still would'nt mind a Metal Build Exia Dark Matter or Amazing Exia...

Damn, either Bandai is severely cutting down production for these high-end figures or there's a surge of new collectors looking to buy these

A local retailer use to tell me bandai is deliberately controlling production, creating a false sense of high demand. Common problem among Macross Chogokin DX Valkyries as well.

Now it seems like Metal build is the next Macross F DX Chogokin. Sniped and sold out instantly on PO opening.
