Never seen an episode of GGG, but I think I'll be buying this SoC. Huge and looks great. Glad they tackled this now and not 10 years ago.

I think this is the GGG we have all been waiting for!!! Unless they decide to release Goldymarg as a web exclusive or something. Cause if that happens, I will slaughter them like a wolf among lamb! THE SEAS WILL RUN RED WITH THE BLOOD OF MY ENEMIES!

Exciting time. It looks like the GGG would be about 25cm tall with huge hands.

Yikes! It suffers from CM'S Grendizer Hands Syndrome! I hope they do make them the appropriate size before it is released. Articulated hands are awesome, but I much rather have non-articulated but petfectly scaled hands instead then! }D

Except you do not NEED Goldymarg for GGG. He does not get it right away. Is it iconic? Sure. Required? No.

Articulated hands are awesome, but I much rather have non-articulated but petfectly scaled hands instead then! }D true the hands are big, but the difference between the 2 is that CM was completely of scale as well horrible executed( i mean the hands been far more bigger than the forearms and some parts of the fingers where like stuck and/or assemble incorrectly). Now granted the ones from Bandai looks big but it looks better in proportion to the forearms so it doesn't look so out of shape. but im not to worry about it really, possibly Bandai will give a set of non articulated hands with better proportions. now what i would really like to know is if any set of hands would fit inside the forearm like in the anime.

Guy ran serious risk of killing himself if he continued his constant use of Hell and Heaven. Yes I know that's not really an issue with a toy, but you can't deny that Goldymarg is a vital GGG weapon. Well since we have not seen even a clue of Goldymarg being included I would prepare yourself to be disappointed

I've never seen GGG. I like the design a lot for the most part. Might have to get in on this train as this is the first SOC in a long time that's caught my interest.
Any thoughts on where to start watching?

I've never seen GGG. I like the design a lot for the most part. Might have to get in on this train as this is the first SOC in a long time that's caught my interest. Any thoughts on where to start watching? Well... you should start from the beginning as it's progressive as far as the story goes, new characters are added almost every episode and there's a new "gimmick"/secret weapon for the heroes in every episode (not exactly like old Super Robot shows where you can watch the first and last episode and skip the entire filler in the middle). But if you find that the TV series is a bit slow (it is somewhat aimed at kids), then try to get to episode 3 at the least, so that you get a decent idea of the show's background. If by then you still feel like it's a bit slow, then jump straight into GGG Final OVA. It's only 8 episodes long and the animation is superbly done, but again, it helps the story along if you already know the characters. The fights are pretty darn epic. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed when you watch GGG Final. I've been trying to find decent subs of Final but so far only Youtube has it and the uploader chopped up each episode into 4 parts.
