Kind of surprised myself! There was some question about weight until I copied bourno's post. People were worried that it may have been to heavy.

A repro left fist from Bourno and this Scrander wing combined with the Mattel Mazinga and he becomes better than the U5 reissue. This thing is a must have. I was very very close to getting a U5 Mazinger Z just to get this wing. Now that notion seems just silly I tell ya. Silly!

The Black Major sent me a message to pass along. He is looking at liquidating his inventory.
Said has around 2000 missiles and a few hundred Scrander Jets. I don't have any details for pricing, but said he would work a good deal for anyone that said they were referred from me (Bourno). I am not getting any special deal, but just passing the message along.

Another update from The Black Major. He has sold his missiles and jet scrander inventory.

I was one person who recently reached out with Bourno's referral only to get the same info provided above ^ Curiously and consequently, the cost for the jet scrander is more than it used to be.  I've got it on my Watch List for now...as I'm debating and deciding the priority of what Jumbo needs what. |

The newer, slightly higher price is still a bargain IMO. If I was making and selling these, I would have been easily in the $75 to $100 price range. I picked up a few extra when the Black Major had them at $50 for his Black Friday special and thought that was pretty nice.

I agree with Bourno. These are a great deal!! Awesome construction and materials, includes decals. The fact that it would cost you $300 to get the unifive repro with a Mazinger or even more $$$$ if you tried to get an original, this was a service to the jumbo community and well worth the price.

The original ones he was selling were higher priced. But I think he just mass produced them, and realized that the only way to blow out the inventory was to lower the prices.

Anyone planning to come out with Mazinger's attachment? I have the U5 Great Mazinger but need a repro of the scrander for the Mazinger. I'm guessing it's a little harder to repro because it has more pieces to it including bendable plastic for the belt.
