Well this is an old topic! I was reading this thread and saw some fellows interested in a photon lab for their SOC figures. Last message was in 2015 and honestly, back then it was impossible to make such a thing in a proper scale and with a professional finish. Now, 8 years later, we have resin printers that can produce parts that look and feel like a commercial grade piece. With that idea in mind, I started working on a properly scaled Photon Lab for SOC figures. Granted, the first thing I noticed was the differences in design over the years. It's hard to mold a lab when the thing kept changing in every episode and every series. While printing a big enough lab seems quite hard to accomplish with a resin 3D printer, it would be quite easy to make a series of panels that connect and form the outer shell of the lab. The lab is basically a big box anyway and it can be hollow on the inside since you wouldn't need anything from the inside. With that said, I started working on a properly scaled lab and the smallest size that would still work with SOC figures would be a 24" by 32" lab. I was wondering, would anyone be interested in getting one from me sometime in the future. The biggest current lab for sale on ebay, made by a japanese company is $1,200 and is an 8" by 10". So for a 24" by 32", what do you guys think is fair? Including the pool of course but no lights or sound gimmick. Thanks for your input guys.
