Haven't score a Jumbo in ages. But I did just find these at a local flea mart today though.  Made by Banpresto in 2004, and IMO looks fitting for our jumbos. Mazinger Z's Koji Kabuto   Great Mazinger's Tetsuya Tsuruji   From the catalogue, Grendizer's Duke Fleed was also in the series. Too bad not avail at the stall. |

Them bootleg ones? Those are interesting too. Had the Jeeg, Combattler & a Hong Kong licensed Daitarn 3 before. Same here, seriously thinking of going after jumbo mini's. Getting really frustrating! |

Grabbed the Astro Robot last week. The other 3 I should get today if the sellers will ship to the US. Nothing else, they're a nice distraction until I can snag a jumbo that I want.

Patience. Have we learned nothing from Mike Deco. Completing takes years..many years, and to have originals of every JM is a feat only a few can complete (unless a shipping crate of original Garada K7s surfaces).

I envy you! N... V... U! Congrats on your lucky scores, especially since you found them at a flea market. Those particular things disappear quickly if other buyers Know exactly what those are and how much they're worth. You happened to be there at the right time/right place/right vendor! It's too bad the manufacturer made those pilot figures with their arms folded in front of their bodies like that, it takes away from the pilot's command presence and he be standing there in that "I.D.G.A.F." pose with that "You mad, brah?" look on their faces. lol Bandai should've made those pilots with their arms at their sides in a fighting stance... Would the standard size for Jumbo pilots be the figure that is included with the Gordian Jumbo? I believe he's the only pilot that was included w the Popy Jumbos that was somewhat painted. It would have been cool if they included pilots with all the Popy jumbos instead of just Gordian and Godmars although the Godmars figure doesn't look too detailed. I only go from the pictures cause I don't have either of the jumbos.

A half an inch would be about right.
Gaiking's neck to his jaw line measures about less than 1 inch
from the collar to his jaw line beneath his ear fang.
You must also consider that some of these jumbos have
aircraft "brains" (the Mazingers), so the pilot has to fit
in the ships as well.
Measure the Fade-In area of Raideen's forehead, and you'll
have your pilot size for your Raideen jumbo.
