Well I definitely think it looks better than the SoC. Nicer hips at least.

I know it won't happen, but I'm kinda hoping for an Undeployed Dankuuken and maybe some sort of effect part for either Final Dankuuhou or Final DankuuKogaken.

Materials is 80% plastic??? This is no chogokin.... The term, "Chogokin" is trademarked by Bandai which means "Super alloy" in Japanese. So techinically, you are correct in that this isn't a "Chogokin". Any non Bandai figure which uses die cast is more of a "Gokin". not trying to be anal, just sharing info.

Just hope that the GX Dancouga will be a late entry in the 40th Anniversary line up. :/

40th Anniversary? What are you talking about? Bandai are re-releasing some SOCs as part of some 40th anniversary celebration. There's a thread for it.

Yeah, but what does that have to do---oh is THAT what you meant with "GX Dancougar"?
Everyone always calls it either a SoC or it's full GX designation - GX alone just makes it sound like some variation of DX and I thought you were talking about THIS one.

I coudn't remember what the GX number for SOC Dancouga was when I typed the post.

Grey paint looks like dull housepaint.

Haven't heard anything about that weird-looking Gaiking either... Maybe they're just going the HLPro way

Don't compare Sentinel to HLpro. They are bigger company than them and have way more projects/lines. I'm sure we will hear something at Wonderfest winter in Feb if not sooner.

After handling the MMF Dino Getters, I don't see Dancougar sporting much diecast. Some bits here and there but mostly just to balance the thing.
Plastic quality is basically 3rd party Transformers plastic, too. So good or bad, that depends I guess.
